I am very disappointed with both the VEVOR press tool and their customer service. I purchased the press tool expecting reliable and safe crimps for plumbing work, but I quickly lost confidence in the tool. The crimps do not feel consistently mechanically locked and I do not trust the reliability of every connection it makes. I contacted VEVOR multiple times requesting support and a return, but instead of getting a proper solution, I keep receiving the same response saying they will “get back to me.” My emails are not being properly answered and the issue is not being resolved. This is a serious concern because plumbing press tools are supposed to create safe and reliable connections. When you cannot fully trust the tool, it becomes a major problem. At this point, I am considering escalating the case through PayPal because I am not satisfied with the product or the support experience. Very frustrating experience overall.

Do not buy any vevor products. They do not have any customer support. If you need any parts for the product you buy from them they will not find a parts for the product you buy from them. Go figure.

Stopped working after 4th use doesn’t work waste of money

This thing is garbage the LEDs prevents the machine from working properly whoever invented this should go back to the drawing board and examine his brains because I could have done a better job and designing this machine

Tool works as designed. Custumer Service POOR at best. I asked to purchase an additional jaw with dies for Pex Copper Ring pressing, which they offer in a differant kit. I was not able to contact them by phone,due to no number available. After 7 custumer service email tickets, too which they stated they were working on it. The final 2 emails contained links to Alibabo.com telling me to contact there custumer service department, which was just as bad as Vevor Dear customer, Thank you for your email. We apologize, but we do not carry this PEX clamp for sale. Why will you not sell me the jaw with the 2 additional dies? Broken after 121 crimps. Abhorrent warranty service. First impression, good weight, sturdy and crimped no better or worse than my Novopress ACO102. A touch slower, but nothing to write home about. For the two batteries and 3 jaws as part of the purchase, the price is absolutely right. Until of course it decided to leak hydraulic fluid down the handle and stop pressing after 121 crimps. Submitted a warranty claim, assuming I would either send my machine off for repair or a new one would be sent. No. Without looking at it, still in my possession, it was diagnosed as a hydraulic cylinder issue. How was this diagnosis made? Must be Magic. A new hydraulic cylinder oil cup was mailed to me with video instructions on how to replace it myself. I was also told to purchase special hydraulic fluid that is only sold in 5 gallon drums. Of course, that aside, with just about any other tool manufacturer on the planet, myself opening the unit, removing the control board, dismantling the cylinder and refitting the oil cup, would clearly void the warranty. Not with Vevor. Obviously the warranty does not matter and they have no intention of servicing their tools. Stay far away from this I’m afraid, I can safely warn you that when your tool breaks, you own a $600 paperweight.

Let me start with saying this company is Fraud and you will lose money if you buy from them. I bought over 10k worth of products and now they don’t care or provide service. In this particular item I bought it for PEX tubing and it doesn’t work for PEX. Description is clearly saying that it is for PEX and copper, now they responded my complaint after a week saying I need to buy new Jaws and I am ready to buy but they can’t tell me which one because they don’t have it. As per their return policy I can return within 30 days and requested return within 30 days but they haven’t responded yet on return and now my 30 days are over. Fraudulently they waited for 30 days to get over. Now my over $1000 tool is useless and I lost $1000. I will never buy VEVOR product again neither recommend to buy one unless you buying from single use and want to waste your money.

I would love to actually know how this product works, but it was never delivered. I asked for that to be resent and instead was issued a refund. I ordered 3 things at the same time. When was delivered to Houston Texas? And I live in Alaska, one was marked undeliverable. But the two diesel heaters showed up on my front porch. With no issues, so I have no idea what happened there.
