Pro Tip: if you order Vevor products via Ebay instead of through Vevor.com they're usually less expensive (somehow) and Ebay will take care of you if there are any issues with the product or order - unlike Vevor itself. Don't purchase through this website. I ordered the 950w airless sprayer on Oct 2, 2025 - when it arrived I couldn't get the pump to prime. I have used paint sprayers before and am very familiar with running and servicing them. This one would not prime. I tried to turn the pressure knob and it just spun 360-degrees (not normal) and did not engage the actual valve within. I reached out to Vevor customer service to resolve the issue. 1st they suggested I watch some how-to troubleshooting videos. 2nd they offered to send me a new pump (when it is back in stock) and rebuild the sprayer myself. 3rd offer was for me to send the sprayer to a service center to be repaired and then submit my expenses to Vevor for reimbursement - I declined all these offers... since it's ridiculous. This is when the monetary offers began. They 1st offered me a $20 refund on a $171 purchase. Declined. 2nd offer was $52, again I declined. 3rd refund offer from Vevor was $103 - again I declined seeking a full refund for the clearly defective unit. 4th offer was to issue a full refund, but they said it would take 3-15 days to issue the refund. This is when they tried to close my ticket and say the issue was resolved. It's been 9 business days and still no refund, but Vevor claims they have issued the refund and they keep trying to close the ticket as resolved. Scammers. I get it, these are cheap tools. Sometimes they won't work. But why jerk me around and not just refund the defective machine they sold me. Not worth it.

It’s the worst website ever I bought airless paint spray machine I would never recommend someone buying anything from VEVOR Worst customer service I have wasted like 2 gallons of paint and mess up my whole fence with miss paint from spray gun

It stopped working after 5 minutes

Terrible product and terrible customer service. The machine never worked properly from day one. It stops during operation, does not spray correctly, and is impossible to use for the purpose it was sold for. I followed all instructions and watched their videos, but nothing helped. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Instead, I received a machine that feels cheaply made and does not perform as advertised. The quality is far below what the product description and marketing suggest. After reporting the issue, I sent six emails asking for a refund and return instructions. VEVOR ignored my questions and failed to provide a solution. Selling faulty products is bad enough, but ignoring customers afterward is even worse. I have photos and videos showing the defects and how the machine stops working during use. I will not buy from VEVOR again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE, jamais de toute ma vie j ai eu tant de difficultés a peindre avec cette machine. Après avoir lubrifié la machine je l amorce comme prévu Ok ca coule, je prend le pistolet ca fonctionne 5secondes plus tard elle s arrete c est comme si elle était bouchée pourtant j ai dilué ma peinture pour ne pas avoir de difficultés au bout du compte toute la journée, un travail de 2h a l airless j ai du jouer avec la vanne au bout du pistolet faire couler dans un seau avec la pression je raconte pas l état de mes vêtements. Je ne recommande pas cette machine 200€ jeté a la poubelle. 😞😞😞

Very disappointed with this VEVOR 2200W Airless Paint Sprayer. The machine was defective right out of the box. The motor runs, but it does not build proper pressure. Water comes out in pulses, suction is weak, and the pressure gauge barely moves. I spent hours troubleshooting, priming, and checking the valves, but nothing fixed the problem. A brand-new machine should work immediately, not require repairs before first use. Poor quality control and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product.

I’m sorry, but I cannot write a review because I never received the spray painter. The carrier either lost it, stole it or decided to keep it. Maybe it’s time to change the carrier since they can’t deliver.
