This review is for VEVOR Shutter Exhaust Fan, 12'' with Temperature Humidity Controller, EC-motor, 940 CFM I had a 14 foot X 20 foot utility shed installed last summer (2022). I have been diligently installing electrical in the shed this summers. I’m almost done with the electrical. Only remaining item will be installation of this VEVOR 12 inch wall fan. I will install the fan up high near the peek. At that level the 2 X 4 spacing is 20 inches (not 16” o/c) so I will be able to just cut the 12” X 12” hole and slip it into the wall from the interior. The exterior is ship lap siding so I will just caulk around the square perimeter. I really don’t need the temperature control feature as I will just turn the fan on whenever I’m working in the shed. The controller can be set in countdown timer mode which will be ideal since I won’t have to worry about not shutting it off when I leave the shed. I just need now to install a 120 VAC outlet nearby the fan so I can plug it in. I’ve run it and it is extremely quiet but still easily move enough air to quickly exhaust the hot air at the higher levels inside the shed.

Works very well my shop is definitely a lot cooler and I would recommend it to anyone. The automatic temperature control system works perfectly.

easy install, and works well. the controls are a bit fiddly and easy to misunderstand the functions. The first two nights the green house got into the 30's because it continued to run. After messing with it we got it to work as intended.

This is a great fan for the money! We use it in our chicken coop and it is on 24/7. The fan is quiet and high quality.

Vevor and I had a few issues at first but it was because I ordered incorrect, regardless there were a few further issues as far as technical suppirt but they did overall do very well in that department, too. The order itself was a very good product, the writers of the instructions may want to change them a bit to make them more understandable but I ended up figuring them out.

Got this little gem for our fixed greenhouse to use with the small solar system, it really does a great job. So far so good. I have had it installed for 2 weeks now and it is great. The controller is easy to setup, as long as you understand the High/Low function. I do not use the alarm feature no sense really. I would like to get another fan box without the controller, because this controller will supply signal to 2 EC motors. But the other fan box is not an EC motor. Still haven't found one I want to use yet.

I use this to keep air circulating in my tool shed that sits in the hot sun all summer. It's quiet and doesn't bother the neighbors whose house is very close to the shed. It was extremely easy to install. It has a digital control panel that I find somewhat difficult to program. The written instructions that came with it weren't much of a help. I purchased it because it has the ability to come on per my humidity and temperature settings, which is great. I'm glad it does that but trying to program it to what settings I want it to start and stop at is turning out to be a headscratcher for me. I've got it working now, but I'm not sure it'll shut off when the humidity starts to drop. I won't know if my programming is correct until the weather changes this coming autumn. If I can't figure out all the programming terms that it uses, I might have to turn it on and off with a power switch at the wall. But that's okay. I still really like this unit. It's doing the job I hoped it would do and if I have to turn it on and off manually, I'm still okay with that.
