Customer service is awful!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No contact info for product support and no communication. Item was sent not working from the start. Sent a video of this unit burning up and tripping my house breaker immediately and no response. Very frustrating.

When it came i was excited. I ran a 14/2 wire through it about 6 inches and realized the cutter wheel is off center from the puller wheels. I took apart to turn the whole top half 180° to see if that helped. I'd didn't and the holes stripped out for some reason. I would not recommend this piece of crap to anyone.

Poorly manufactured
Total waste of money. This piece of crap is beyond worthless. Will not strip any size wire because the roller is warped and you can't center the cutting wheel to the center of the channell. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

Works better on solid wire, takes some adjusting. Burnt up a couple old drills already so might be a better idea to invest in the Stripping Machine with motor!
