Ich habe diese Kamera neu gekauft und bereits bei der ersten Benutzung massive Probleme festgestellt. Der Kamerakopf hat einen Wackelkontakt, und schon nach dem ersten 45-Grad-Bogen kam es zu einem kompletten Bildausfall. Auch beim zweiten Einsatz trat dasselbe Problem auf. Ich musste den Kamerakopf ständig drehen, um überhaupt ein Bild zu bekommen. Während der Befahrung fällt das Bild regelmäßig aus, und es erscheinen schwarze Streifen. Ein zuverlässiges Arbeiten ist damit nicht möglich. Für den professionellen Einsatz ist diese Kamera absolut ungeeignet. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Zusätzlich wurde die Lieferung nicht wie versprochen zugestellt, sondern kam zwei Tage verspätet an. Ich werde die Kamera zurücksenden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht und kann dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen.

There is a bad connection from the reel to the monitor right out of the box. And after two uses in dirty air ducts the lens is all scratched and "foggy" looking (no longer a clear picture). It is usable, but not great. It is just poor workmanship and quality parts. But the price is good. If I get another one I would put a lens protector like for a cell phone camera on the lens. Also, trying to get the Vevor customer service to warranty or fix these machines is hard for me. I guess, I can't quite send them the right pictures or videos because they keep asking for pictures or video of the problem even though I have sent them. But because they are a low cost product, I just buy a new one instead of fighting their warranty system.

Horrible shipping. I was supposed to have it on 12/9 and did not receive it until 12/17. This is also the 3rd one we have purchased in 3 years. They only last about 1 to 2 years and then they break.

Purchased to use with for my plumbing company. It stopped working after 2 weeks from the day I recieved it. Screen stays black when i turn on the unit. Sent a complaint to vevor customer service and have heard nothing back. Not impressed.

This camera works great when it works. However the problem is that it has quit multiple times and parts take a long time to get. When you depend on it for your business, you dont want to wait 2-3 weeks for parts.

I recently purchased this product and it stopped working right away. It is in practically brand new condition. I have gone back and forth with customer service for the last 2 days and I'm not getting anywhere. Spent almost $800 on this product and it worked for less than an hour. Extremely disappointed and not getting anywhere with customer service.

Decent camera for homeowner use. They do not hold up on regular use. Warranty is a whole other story. You ask a question and they take 48 hours to respond. So just figuring out what is wrong could take a week. Then parts are 10-15 days before they ship. One breakdown and you are a month down with this camera. I have been sent parts that require me to solder tiny wires on and off an electric board in order for the camera to work. Vevor sees no problem with this. Warranty is horrifyingly bad but the camera is ok for occasional use. Price matches what you get, reel counters seem to be the weakest part.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased sewer camera in February, it was broken by September. (Still under warranty)….they had me send a video to diagnose the issue. Customer service sent me a new screen which wasn’t compatible with system and arrived broken. . I went out and purchased a monitor, still having the same problem. Contacted customer service Let them know what’s going on. Instead of sending me a new system they’ve now offered me 62$. I refused.. they came back and offered me 183$. Customer service can only be reached through chat box on their website, it’s now been a month and no solution…
