it all works great with one exception... Make your own set of pliers for grabbing the Crucible. The ones that come with it just grabs about 3/4" square of the side of the Crucible, which is not enough to safely when lifting the Crucible out of the furnace when loaded with molten metal. Make something that's circular that grabs the entire Crucible all the way around it's outside. Preferably with a set of handles on each side so 2 people can lift it out when the metal is liquid so you can have a firm grip on the Crucible. I sincerely doubt the Crucible will hold up very long with the pliers you get.

This Melting furnace works great. A little assembly is required, and the coating has to be applied and dried before use. the coating is not to bad to apply, but just get it on the "runny" side before application. if its mixed well, and runny, then you can gently paint the coating onto the white insulation in the furnace. then dry it and its ready to use. there are videos on youtube that will help if needed. The reason for the coating application at the consumers, is because it would never survive packing and shipping. even when its dry, its a thin layer that is fragile, but if you take care of it, it works fine. When I was done assembling the heater, there was no tuning or anything. the heater/torch head had a line on it like it was meant to be installed to that location. i have even tried different locations after, and they did not change things much. The furnace heats up very fast. i can heat it to glow inside in 5 minutes. once it is glowing, i use it for my intentions which are slightly different. I use it to heat my diesel heaters to clean the fouling off the burners. They foul sometimes, but even more if experimenting with different fuels. when i use this furnace to burn them, they glow a light red and burns all the carbon out. This works perfect, but you have to be careful of the fuel feed tube joint as it is brazed. i keep that high so it does not get as hot. so for me, this furnace has been really nice for what i do. the price makes this very affordable. especially since i save money on another product with the use of it.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Propan-Schmelzofen ist leistungsstark, einfach zu bedienen und liefert großartige Ergebnisse. Perfekt für meine Metallgießprojekte.

Was awesome for what I needed it for. Perfect for small projects and great tool for the DIY person.

Yesterday I tried that out for the first time. Few days ago I put that fire resistance cement on so I waited 3 days until finally I run it for just testing and see how things are. Everything looked all right. This is a first for me so I realized I need few more items to facilitate the job and do it safely enough hopefully.

A nice setup for small forging jobs. The pieces of the kit are all well made and most should work well for their intended purposes

Solider Ofen mit gutem Anschluß (inkl. Manometer) und brauchbarem Tigel. Die Zange ist nett zum Tigel rein und raufheben, mehr aber nicht. Man braucht eine weitere Tigelzange, das sollte man erwähnen! Die Graphit "Barrenform" ist lächerlich, jeder Finger ist größer als der "Barren" :D Abgesehen davon, daß man mit dem riesen Tigel ohne Ausguss da nie reintrifft. Die Handschuhe sind gut geeignet als Polsterung für den Mistkübel. Fazit: für den Preis super, Ofen + Anschluss und Tigel absolut brauchbar, der Rest eher Müll. Aber es geht ja nicht um den Rest, sondern den Ofen :)

Trés efficace. Chauffe fort. Les notices en francais sont obligatoires en france, il serait bien que les produits VEVOR possede ces versions. Quelque indication sur la pression de gaz serait utile.

This is a small one. But it works well. I smelted nineteen ingots My first run. I used about two thirds of a grill Propane tank. Once I got the thing hot (about fifteen minutes) It went really well. I was about six hours at it. It was hot enough to melt copper tubing out of my hand. I used a stick of half inch copper as a stirring stick and it melted at about one inch per second. It's probably 3000 degrees. I had to order my own refractory cement. Which was kind of a chore. Because you have to coat the blanket with refractory cement. I just bought a tub at the hardware store. I spent twenty five dollars on that, but it was a good investment. The product comes with some refractory cement but I would recommend picking some up. Because it saves the thermal blanket. After six hours of continuous use, the thermal blanket is in perfect condition. Because I coated it heavily with refractory cement. It actually got hot enough to Soften my crucible. After five hours, I pulled a little chunk off the crucible while lifting it out of the kiln. It's plenty hot. All in all I give it an A+. It is exactly what I wanted to smelt my scrap wire and copper tubing into ingots.
