Ordered this pump to replace a broken one. Looked like a good pump with good reviews at a good price. Seller shipped pump using a carrier that does not service my area. The pump sat at the carrier location for several days despite me contacting Seller about issue. The pump was eventually returned to Seller. After more correspondence, I was able to obtain a refund. I went to re-order same pump but it is sold out. Not a good buying experience.

1. Le carton d’emballage était endommagé à son arrivée. 2. La pompe présente des impacts et des bosses visibles. 3. Il semble qu’aucun plastique de protection n’ait été utilisé. 4. La notice d’utilisation est abîmée et ne paraît pas neuve. Dans l’ensemble, le produit semble avoir été déballé et remballé avant son envoi, et ne correspond pas à un produit neuf. Après réclamation et demande d'un retour produit et remboursement le service client a validé sans mon consentement un remboursement de seulement 40€ sur un achat de 87,9€ et a refusé le retour produit malgré ce qui est écrit en page produit. Attention service client 100% Artificiel et orienté à ne jamais accepté un retour produit. Vous n'aurez jamais personne en ligne pour régler votre problème. Idem via Paypal. La pompe est peut être bien mais pas quand elle arrive détruite ! Dans mon cas c'est simplement du vol pour le coup, je n'ai a priori plus de recours ! j'espère que ce commentaire me permettra d'avoir un contact avec un service client humain ! En gros n'achetez pas sur le site Vevor à mon de bien vouloir risqué de perdre votre mise.

I used this pump once in Sept 2025 (purchased Aug 2025) to drain the water from a small water feature, aprox 1000 gallons. It worked very well at that time but now less than a year later (and only my second use) it won't pump at all. Looked for restrictions and found none. I even removed the out let hose and the pump would not even pump water more than 12" high from the outlet. Very disappointing! Save your money and go with brand name...maybe pay double but it will work more than once.

Cette pompe a cesse de fonctionner au bout de 2 ans. A quelques jours après la fin de garantie de 2ans. Produit que je ne recommande pas.

Je ne trouve pas de tuyau pour la pompe 2200w la taille de la pièce de sortie n’est pas courante pouvez-vous me dire si Evo propose ce genre de tuyau pour l’installation de ma pommeau de relevage merci

Unfortunately the plastic discharge housing broke immediately during use. The pump is no good for me now.

The first pump came broke and didn’t look like anything was wrong tell I plugged it up and it worked and I put my hand in water and touched metal and it shocked me really bad then I had to buy another one because it took alot of back and forth before they would send me a replacement pump and it took about a month to get I wouldn’t buy anything else from them based on they don’t care about their customers
