I ordered this august 3 and it still has not arrived.

Received item, directions were not very clear. Got it put together, mixed oil and fuel. Difficult to start once running for 5 minutes fuel tank emptied onto my leg. Support wanted me to troubleshoot and repair. Told them if they have warranty facility close i would bring it to them, but they don’t. Sending new head as a resolution.

I bought this for the hedge trimmer the edger was a bonus but the hedge trimmer is junk put it together and went to use it and after the second pass and it stopped all you hear is gears grinding blades won’t move.

I didn't receive all of the items in this order. I contacted Vevorand I am still waiting and still have not been told if they are going to be sent to me.

Kvaliteten ser ut til å være ganske dårlig. Hekksaksen gikk i stykker første dagen. Det lekker fra bensintank og fra sagkjede oljetank. Virker som det mangler gummipakning i lokket. Tanken er god, men kvaliteten står ikke i stil. Jeg har klaget på produktet til Vevor, men har ikke fått noe svar.

The item was new can’t use it for a very long time mine still look brand new the gas reservoir started leaking from the lines and theirs can’t get replaced parts or anyone to see about fixing it

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon article, mais TRES DÉÇUE En premier lieux comme je l'avais lus avant la notice n'est pas en Français! Ils pourraient faire l'effort même s'ils l envoient si nous le demandons. Je n'ai pas essayé le coupe bordure n'y la tronçonneuse trop fin et oui vue le prix c'est vraiment gadget! Trop peur que ça me casse au visage! Le taille haie que je viens d utiliser est vraiment pas top du tout il fera l'affaire pour la hauteur mais je vais y passer du temps! J'ai un taille haie styll rien à voir! Bref je vous déconseille vraiment cet achat ... Se sera pour moi le premier et dernier achat chez Vevor je pense!
