Second season using this, Seems to work really well. never had a problem with it. Still starts up first couple of pulls .

pretty handy tool, fun great but throttle sticks from time to time, ill lube cable and see if it helps, tools are easy to swap out, plenty of power and easy to assemble

Honestly I was sceptical but it surprised me. I would definitely buy again if I ever need to. It's a little heavy but that's ok. Seems to be pretty well built. I put it through it after it arrived & it performed way way better than I expected. I think for the price & the accessories this is a deal......hope this helps someone. I'm pretty satisfied

bonjour le mode emploi non en Français dommage mais des tuto sur internert resous le soucis

Main issue is the tools are very hard to exchange. Maybe user issue otherwise been a great tool for the yard at a great price!

I sent a message letting the company know that I was shorted the two allen wrenches and the wrench and was basically told that I was not being honest my thing is someone recommended this product to me and I was impressed with the price and the product and he highly recommend it and I am happy with it just wanted the tools that I was shorted

the unit is as described & works reasonably well. price is good for what you get. problem is that the warranty says not to use ethanol gas. here in canada that is all we have so you void the warranty by putting gas in it & it will take a bit of time for the gas to deteoriate the rubber diaphram, gas lines, gaskets, absorb water then cause rust to grow in the carb, but then the 1 yr warranty will be over, the machine wont work & repairs will cost more than another machine. management is hard to talk to, mostly I got a stupid artifical person which wasn't programed to deal with my complaint. I did get a refund, told to keep the machine & that the warranty would stay valid, how does a jobber guarantee that the manufacturer warranty will stay valid after voiding it? the machine is ok its the people that are at fault

The trimmer itself works perfect. I don’t like that type of head so I changed it, but I do that on all my trimmers. The hedge trimmer part is absolutely wonderful as well as the chainsaw. The only problem I have with it is it is a little heavy other than that it is perfect.

It's way better than I expected and priced fairly chea

Works ok set up was ok lightweight and hopefully will last
