I've contacted pyou 3 weeks ago, my trimmer will not keep cycling, it boggs down. have not been able to use it.

Engine hard to start cold, but easy to start warm. The saw oil resivor leaks bad and saturated the case. Recommended to pour out the bar oil after each use. All of the attachments seem to be putting the engine and clutch in a bind. Even the string trimmer has a hard time rotating. No free spin when you let off the throttle. The 42 cc unit is very heavy. Glad they come with a shoulder harness. The unit hasn't stopped yet but I am waiting for the clutch to burn out. It gets very hot on that area. I greased all the shafts and polished them and that helped a little. Hope they all aren't like this!

This machine gas some problems first the kill switch is backwards the hedger screws loosen when in use I'm not verry happy with it I'm going to keep it because the packaging stuff is gone

Claude Benny Hedge trimmer broke after 10 hours.
The hedge trimmer broke after 10 hours of use. I doesn’t seems to be reliable. Îm waiting for a replacement part. Till Now I didn’t use the other parts.
43 cc motor work well but it’s too loud. Better to buy the 38 cc or less.

Sean Not worth it
The attachments for this item did not fit snuggly or properly and posed a very serious safety hazard while in use. They felt like they could fly off at any moment. Definitely would not recommend

Nathan Bishop Not the best
Very hard to get attachments on and off. Pole saw was a very big let down. Can’t handle much for long. Chain constantly pops off the track and can’t handle much cutting for too long.

Attachments won't change out easily. Locking pin gets stuck. And they won't let me but other attachments for it, I'd have to but a whole new kit apparently. And when trying to deal with customer service I kept getting AI chats instead of talking to a person
