I purchased this saw and on the first use just cutting limbs the saw jumped back as chainsaws do and the handle completely pulled apart from the saw even out of the carburetor. I purchased the protection warranty coverage and filed a claim.was told I would get a response in 24 to 48 hrs only after 3 days I contacted VEVOR for status only to be told 24 to 48 hrs for a response after 3 days again I contacted VEVOR again and was told the same BS as the last time I guess they think stall tactics will work and I will just drop it . I guess they just don’t care or wont stand behind what they sell and nether will the XCotton warranty plan. Would not recommend purchasing this product or the warranty that they sell.

Used it once. Chain brake malfunctioned. Sitting in my shop unusable. Tried to contact Vevor. Make it impossible to get a response. Purchased about a month ago. Pay a little more for better craftsmanship and service. That is my review!

Was unable to assemble the saw. The clutch cover doesn’t fit properly over the clutch, binding it and preventing it from turning. Submitted return form online with video. It said I would get a response in 24 hours, but that has come and gone. I currently have three other name brand saws and was hoping this arborist style model would be a helpful addition. Very disappointed.

La palanca de mano del freno fue mal desde el primer momento tuve que anular todo el sistema, el aceite de la cadena consume una barbaridad y la cadena no me duro ni para cortar un pino, he pedido otra cadena ya que tras quince minutos de intentar lijarla ni se inmuto. Yo solo la queria para un uso y tenerla para un futuro si me hace falta, en definitiva la use media hora pero dedique más de una en arreglarla para poder usarla.

Saw leaks fuel. No big deal,right? Wrong. No customer service. Cant return. Nothing but running in cyber circles . Buying from Vevor is a as is where deal.
