chainsaw works but not durable. plastic chain brake broke and no parts to fix it. I requested full refund and no response. They did offer $53 refund and keep the saw. The saw chain will not rotate with locked chain brake. Or they will send another plastic saw if I return it. I asked for return label. No response yet. Not a quality chainsaw. Should have better parts.

Started right up but handle broke the first time I used it. So I would not recommend

The pull-string broke on the chainsaw within its first pull. Went straight to the trash from there. My advice is to stick with STIHL Top-Saws.

I spent 2 hours trying to crank this chainsaw. I took it to 2 neighbors, grown men, who could not get this chainsaw to crank. I have an old shoulder injury that cranking on this thing for so long irritated this shoulder something terrible. For the next several days I struggled to lift my arm especially with weight of any kind. If I could give it a zero Stars that's what I would do my shoulder still hurts and it's a week later.

Took days off from work to cut down a few trees. Ordered March 19th and it said the saw will be delivered on March 22 and it wasn’t delivered until the 26th, took days off from work for nothing. Wasted time off from work and cost me money. Overall saw quality is good but the shipping department needs to take responsibility.

The chainsaw will not start. Tried every idea that works on other saws to no avail. Help, guess I will have to find another brand that actually works.

Bought the 25.cc chainsaw and the handle broke so vevor replaced it, but now the new one is leaking bar oil from reservoir. It would be fantastic if the machine didn't leak because it leaves a mess wherever I leave it.

The assembly instructions, though they seem detailed, do not seem to translate. Though I am trying to follow them they are not working out in reality, though I tried, the instructions are not assisting me and I see it is not correct. It is very frustrating and I can't move forward beyond this point. The chainsaw is useless unassembled. Very unhappy.
