La motosierra no quiere arrancar. Ni siquiera después de tirar 100 veces en diferentes días, y no es un problema de suministro de gasolina. Tendré que llevarla a un taller para que la arreglen. The chainsaw won’t start. Not even after pulling it 100 times on different days, and it’s not a fuel supply issue. I’ll have to take it to a workshop to get it fixed. A serra de corrente não quer arrancar. Mesmo depois de puxar 100 vezes em vários dias, e não é um problema do fornecimento de gasolina. Vou ter de a levar a uma oficina para a arranjar.

No funciona correctamente, 34 dias despues de la compra no la he podido utilizar, he tenido que posponer todo el trabajo. Me he comunicado varias veces y tardan una entre 4 y 6 dias en contestar. Las respuestas para nada solucionan el problema. Les he dicho que si no lo solucionan la quiero devolver... aun estoy esperando respuesta. Muy muy decepcionado con esta plataforma/marca. Un servicio posventa peor que pesimo, horrible. No me voy a arriesgar a comprar nada mas aqui. No lo recomiendo para nada, si lo que compras no funciona lo tienes crudo...estresante, perdida de tiempo...decepcionante

Los comentarios son negativos total eché una semana intentando solucionar el problema de la motosierra que no encendía al final tuve que repararla yo y ustedes cada vez que se les escribe al servicio de atención al cliente ponen una máquina que dice que no da localizado el pedido y que lo siente mucho que diga cuál es el problema es una vergüenza atendimiento al cliente para vender vending rápidamente pero para atender un problema ponen una máquina espero que mis comentarios se vean al igual que se ven los comentarios buenos

The chainsaw arrived very quickly, the trouble is it will not start. And now the customer service team are dragging their feet to replace the chainsaw or refund. Comparing the build quality to my other saws (Stihl & Husqvarna) the materials seem very cheap and flimsy, but I guess you get what you pay for. In this case a chainsaw that will not start and the stress of dealing with a slow or obstructive customer service process.

So I was having high hopes for this saw. I have purchased the Vevor backpack leafblower and have had no problems with it. I purchased new 100% gas and a can of oil. Filled leaf blower and the New Vevor chainsaw. Started on 5-6 pull! Awesome. Ran saw like they said, half throttle first 15 or so cuts. Set it down. Start piling limbs. Go to start it, won't start. Finally get it started with choke on and go to cut and it would die. Pulled the plug out and checked it. Its clean. Check air filter it's good. Go to top it off with gas and notice big puddle of oil on the concrete. Top both of them off still doing same thing. Went to get the saw off the ground and my wife says "is that thing spraying gas out around the fuel cap"? Yep, sure enough. I've reached out to Vevor and the response I got was 1. You need to make sure it's got gas in it! 2. This chainsaw has an automatic oiler and is customary for it to leak a little. So, I did buy the extended warranty for this and all I get from them so far is "you got gas in it"? Y'all take this with a grain of salt. Hopefully they will refund or replace this thing. If not I'll go buy a Sthil. Tried to upload pics and videos but it won't upload.

So the saw c is kinda heavy, the price and time it took to get here were amazing. I followed the instructions impeccably, then it just would not work
