Never Received the chainsaw so I couldn't tell you whether it's a good or bad one. All I can say is the the customer service isn't anything to brag about. I did finally receive my refund. I had planned to buy a truck bed cover for my truck but after this experience I am alittle bit guarded about buying anything else from VEVOR!

I have not received my saw. I order on Maech 14, 2026. Where is it.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. This chainsaw is absolutely not worth having and the extended warranty I purchased is also useless as vevor will not make it right. The chainsaw almost got me hurt because it dies with with the throttle open and has a full tank of gas while I was falling a tree. It also leaks the bar and chain oil out of the machine when it isn't running. I've messaged multiple times and live chatted customer service and they just tell me to wait and finally said that it won't run if the filter isn't submerged? How is that my problem if it's full of gas? I'd like to have purchased other items from vevor but if this is how it's going to be I will shop elsewhere. I feel that I at least deserve a refund and return this saw that I can't use

A fonctionné durant 2 heures non consécutives. La société n'a pas voulu reprendre la tronçonneuse., me proposant un remboursement de 49€ seulement que j'ai refusé. Problème non réglé. A suivre.

J'ai reçu ce produit description rien à dire sur machine. la mise en route gros problème la machine n'a jamais démarré aucun soutien du service après-vente je pense que c'est à bannir ne faites pas l'erreur ne l'achetez pas....

chainsaw works but not durable. plastic chain brake broke and no parts to fix it. I requested full refund and no response. They did offer $53 refund and keep the saw. The saw chain will not rotate with locked chain brake. Or they will send another plastic saw if I return it. I asked for return label. No response yet. Not a quality chainsaw. Should have better parts.

Started right up but handle broke the first time I used it. So I would not recommend

Shocking piece of equipment and service.. Faulty out of the box.. Provides no spark to fire up… The carton also was doubled up masking tape and even has written on it before I recieved “Return to Sender”. Looks like returned faulty and then unprofessionally sold again and sent out just hoping it may work.. Poor form Vevor..

The pull-string broke on the chainsaw within its first pull. Went straight to the trash from there. My advice is to stick with STIHL Top-Saws.

I spent 2 hours trying to crank this chainsaw. I took it to 2 neighbors, grown men, who could not get this chainsaw to crank. I have an old shoulder injury that cranking on this thing for so long irritated this shoulder something terrible. For the next several days I struggled to lift my arm especially with weight of any kind. If I could give it a zero Stars that's what I would do my shoulder still hurts and it's a week later.
