It can’t start without start gas!
When you finikky get it to start it works good.
But you will never know if you will be able to start it. I think the problem is suction, when it finally starts with gas then probobky it can take fuel from the tank.
Very good price if it would have been working but if the price is too god the item is not

Not that happy with this purchase. I've been out firewood cutting with it once. It started fine but kept cutting out after just one cut. I've contacted support but so far no reply.At the moment I wouldn't recommend and it they don't sort it for me very soon I'll be returning for a refund.

The saw is only good for trimming small branches. I used it twice and it broke twice. It runs great and is light weight. You cannot cut anything bigger than 3” because if it pinches at all and you pull on the saw, the handle breaks loose. The saw then has to be torn apart to put it together again. The second time the screw pulled out of the plastic and I had to drill it out and bolt through it. Next time I figure it will break the housing and I will have to throw the saw away.

Quentin Never has worked
Won't rev up, won't restart after refilling with fuel. Local small engine shop said that the high adjustment is stripped/ bent so it will not hold position. Customer service is a hassle, requesting a picture. Not sure how someone would photograph such a problem.
