Laser 100w
100 W

Also hintere Klappe abmontiert und Filter raus.

A nightmare (not kidding)
100 W
I'm giving it 2 stars (even though I'd rather give it 1), because this machine did at least help me learn.
What can I say...
I bought it when there were still very few reviews. A 100W CO₂ laser seemed like the perfect way to start producing my own projects and stop relying on my usual supplier. Looking back, I can say without any doubt that it was a big mistake.
Let's start from the beginning. The machine arrived with a crooked gantry and mirrors that needed complete alignment. The tube exiting the head was welded crooked and wasn't even close to being perpendicular to the workbed. VEVOR replaced it at their expense, and I do give them credit for that, but the replacement was just as crooked as the original. I was only able to achieve a slightly perpendicular beam after replacing the entire head assembly with different components and adapting them myself.
As many other reviews have already mentioned, several cables were not properly secured, and the screws for the panels, mirrors, and linear guides strip almost immediately.
The installed laser tube was manufactured in late 2023, and even today, after only one year of ownership, the beam visibly flickers at low power. The nozzle also produces an almost electrical buzzing sound that is not caused by the air assist or by the beam touching the nozzle tip.
I had to remove the stock air pump, install a proper compressor, add an external chiller, and replace the blower because the factory setup was simply not adequate for reliable production work.
After comparing my results with other CO₂ laser users, I also have serious doubts about the condition of the power supply. Even after just one year, I cannot achieve results comparable to machines using the same tube, power, and cutting speed.
Today, despite countless hours spent calibrating the mirrors, X-axis, Y-axis, and laser tube, I can only use about one quarter of the working area, the upper left corner, roughly 38 × 38 cm. Anything I cut outside that area is likely to come out skewed or full of defects.
I've spent countless hours, and months of my life, trying to make a machine work properly when it was probably defective from the factory.
The only positive thing is that I now have a very solid understanding of CO₂ laser cutting. It's just a shame I learned it by repairing this machine instead of using it to produce.
++EDIT after VEVOR commented on this review: NO, the issues were never actually resolved, and the machine was never made to function properly. After the second set of replacement parts was lost in transit for months, VEVOR simply offered me a refund, which I gladly accepted out of despair. I then had to continue looking for a solution BY MYSELF. The laser clearly had manufacturing defects from the start.

Garbage
Dear VEVOR Support,
My laser engraver has arrived, and I am extremely disappointed with its condition. Before I have even been able to complete the setup or test the machine, I have discovered several serious problems:
1. One wheel/support assembly is completely missing. The machine arrived with only three.
2. The warning light was detached from the machine.
3. When I attempted to fill the water tank, water leaked extensively across my workshop floor. After opening the access panel to investigate, I found loose and disconnected water hoses inside.
Please carefully review the attached photos. These are unacceptable issues for a product sold as brand new. The condition raises serious concerns about whether this machine was properly inspected before shipping and whether I received a previously returned or damaged unit.
I have not yet tested the machine, so I cannot confirm whether there are additional problems. Instead of being able to use my purchase, I have spent my time cleaning up water and investigating faults that should never have reached a customer.
Please explain exactly how you intend to resolve this, including whether you will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and how collection of this machine would be handled at no cost to me.
I expect a clear, practical resolution and a firm timeline—not another general assurance that the matter is being reviewed. Please respond within two business days.
Best regards,

Owner
Received this item and have been jerked around for weeks and still haven't gotten any satisfaction or responses on how to fix
Item does NOT function as designed.
Bed (z axis does not move) when using controls. It shows on screen that the bed ( z axis is moving but deck does not move.) The bed is not binding and can be raised by hand by turning the large thread rods attached to the gearing and chain.
Please advise on how this can item can be replaced.
I will be contacting my credit card company and requesting a complete refund and you can figure out how to get your piece of junk out of my shop.

DR.
All round a good 100W laser. This was a replacement for my 80w Vevor laser. I upgraded for larger the envelope size.
The integrated cooling system is a good innovation. The X Y axis are much faster that my previous laser.
Automatic Z drive axis would have been appreciated and thought by this time it would come standard. Not sure we need manual up and down buttons for the Z axis. I retrofitted this on my last Vevor laser with little trouble. Also why do you still have the "out-rigger" red position LED? For less then $200 you can have a beam combiner?
Biggest issue I have unfortunately found is the integrated exhaust system. It is a waste of time. It is grossly under sized. I had to connect and external fan to and remove the internal filter to create the air flow to exhaust smoke from cutting 3mm laser PLY. "Come on" VEVOR who texted this it simply does not do the job at all.
