This product was used once and the screen that monitors voltage just popped out and fell inside the machine. Poor quality and the attention to a detail like that is simply inexcusable in my opinion.

Not safe to use on 120 volt 15 amp circuit it draws way more amps as it should !

It works pretty great I was using it to charge my Nissan leaf and for some reason it just stopped charging then I smell the smell and I think the cut on and off switch is burnt out so yeah but other than that it was working great for about three days then it just maybe just a defective part but the overall quality of it was pretty good I just hate that that happened

The fuse blow the first day l used it.

Beim Einstecken im ganzen Haus kein Strom mehr Habe mich so geärgert dass ich es gleich entsorgt habe

Leider wurde der Spannungswandler nie geliefert. Werde hier nicht mehr einkaufen!

Well, i got the first, and it was dead, not work at all, they sent me another, and instead of 110v out I got 262v out. So it didn't work either.. The box was a bit damaged by the post office the second time. Maybe they lost it, and thats why it is not working? The product is solid, and heavy, so it should be good quality. I got an refund, but i still had to pay the vat + handling order to norwegian government. About 55euro totally so im not so happy for this purchase. That part vevor don't have a part in, and can't be blamed for, but it's not fun to pay for it for a product that just need to be trashed. I might try to get it fixed by an local shop here, if its possible. Anyway, the customer service was great, I might just was unlucky with the product, I don't know. But for this I think I buy a local product here now, so i can start using my 110v equipment. With the good customer service im not afraid for any new purchases in the future. I assume i was just maximum unlucky with the product.

I was told by Vevor that I should buy this for a heater that I bought from Spain. I first bout a 3000v converter and it wasn’t strong enough. Vevor didn’t offer to take it back. Fine. But they said buy the 5000v so I did. It blows the fuse and heats up a little before blowing the fuse. Anyway, I gave up and bought a different heater for my small pool today.

My order was lost during the delivery, but seller refunded me
