Haven't used yet. If it works as good as the negative air machines it will be a very good addition and asset to my codray of state of the art equipment.

Commercial dehumidifier
I ordered unit and within two days, I had unit at my house.
This dehumidifier weights 60lbs so it's not like receiving a piece of mail, and it got here just as fast.
I'm installing it next week and will write a follow-up.

Works well despite QC issues
The unit arrived packaged well with no visible damage to the box. On opening I could see a couple of weird QC issues. The filter access door was missing a hinge pin causing the door to sit proud of the box and not seal properly. I was able to drill and tap the door to mount a bolt that will act as the hinge pin. Secondly one of the thumb screws for the front access door would spin but not come out. I had to use a hack saw to remove the thumb screw and found that the crimped on threaded insert had broken loose from the casing. I just left this off.
I mounted the unit in the center of a very humid crawlspace with the control board located near the access, which is a very convenient feature. The condensate line was run to a sump. Over the course of the next week I brought the humidity from 90%+ to 50%. Now it stays on automatic and does a good job of keeping the humidity near 50% even after some hot days and heavy rains. Not issues after 3 weeks.
This unit really does work great for the price, has some handy features and is overall built well. Those broken or missing parts keep this from being 5 stars.

Excellent value, decent design
This is my second Vevor 125 pint. The previous unit (2024) had a different design. The new unit has reversed orientation and actual buttons on the control panel, rather than a capacitative touch screen.
The old unit has worked great for 1.5 years so far, and I'm happy with it. It's handling about 5000 cubic feet of moderately sealed crawlspace at 70% duty cycle in the humid season.
The good: works well and does the job. Removable control panel is handy.
The bad:
* This is of course not 125 pint AHAM rated - it's likely 60 pint AHAM (if you're comparing with Aprilaire).
* It has threaded rod feet placed directly in front of the filter panel. If you actually mount it on threaded rod, you won't be able to open the filter door. I wound up hanging it on ratcheting grow straps using the screw-in feet instead (they are better placed)
* It's likely less efficient than a $1700 dehumidifier (just based on max rated current). I can live with that.
* The humidity sensor is directly in front of the evaporator - this works well while the fan is running, but when it stops, humidity spikes because the evaporator is wet. In fact, any on-board sensor is going to be inaccurate - the unit just dries its immediate surroundings and stops. I extended the sensor wire (used some jacketed 18/4 cable) and moved it 25 feet away from the unit. Now it doesn't short-cycle in the crawlspace.
Pro tip: the vinyl drain hose is about 7/8" OD, but it fits over 1/2" PEX perfectly. So if you can gravity drain, a PEX run could be all you need.

Dehumidifier works well, happy with the unit. It is however kind of loud.... definitely know when it is running.

CUSTOMER
Sometimes the sign of a good company is not when things go right, but when they go wrong. The first dehumidifier I purchased did not work. When I contacted their warranty department, they sent out a new unit immediately.

Great product great price.
Im a hvac installer and was looking for a dehumidifier for my own home but didn't want to spend top dollar. Went out on a limb to try the vevor dehumidifier and I have been very happy with the purchase so far. It works great , its very quiet, the mountable control is very convenient. I've only had it for a couple months now so time will tell how reliable it is but so far my only complaint is that I wish there was a duct connection for the intake so I could pull humidity from a specific room or multiple locations.

Great Value, can't be beat
I'm an HVAC contractor and installed this in an attic to help remove humidity in a foam sealed home. The equipment was completely covered in condensation and we had multiple control board issues over the years. The client was looking for a budget friendly option which is how I came across Vevor. Its been installed since May of this year and works great. The only thing I dislike about it, the drain shut off plug.
The shut off plug is supposed to be connected to a normally open switch, which is really weird. Condensate pumps and float switches all use normally closed switches. I ended up having to purchase a. IoT switch that had normally closed inputs that would cut the power to the unit in the event of a drain overflow into the pan below the equipment.
