Couldn’t be more pleased! I suspended it from the ceiling in the corner of a finished 990sq ft three room basement about three months ago. Fortunately there is a washing machine utility drain that I I run the condensation line into. I run it on the automatic setting set at 55%. It takes care of the entire basement with the farthest room reading an average of about 60%. The”dryness” of the basement is immediately sensible and more than satisfying! Because it is close to a wall, I had to remount the control panel to the other side using an angle iron flange suspended between the two hanging rod screw bars. I love the sturdy industrial look of the thing. Prior to this I was us two room dehumidifier’s and the hassle of emptying those little buckets, which sometimes over run the limit was indeed a “hassle”. Yes, I recommend this Bernie unit. So far so good

easy to set u works great

This dehumidifier works really well and is much less expensive then comparable units. I run it 8-9 hours a day and it takes gallons of water out of the air. I’m very happy with the price and performance.

I was hesitant at first because of the price point compared to other more expensive options, but I ended up buying 2 dehumidifiers for my house after a flood and these were producing 5-8 gallons each of water every day. I rented a dehumidifier from Home Depot for 3 days prior to buying these and it cost me the same amount as purchasing one of these… I had these runnning 24 hrs for about 3 months and had no issues. I still have them and will install them in my crawl space. If you’re hesitant, just do it because the price point can’t be argued.

This thing is built like a tank it must weight 65 lbs or more. This makes one from home depot look like the junk that is. The one i bought from home depot lasted 2 years and started freezing up which is what happens when to freon leaks out.

Very heavy but great product

So far, the dehumidifier has been working great! I was not able to get the duct adapter out of the unit but didn't need it, so I left it inside. That is the only negative I have with this unit.

This unit dries out my 30x80 basement with ease. I highly recommend this unit to anyone. Works fast

We buy a dehumidifier every 3 to 5 years. Because they don't last, we decided to try a vever, because we've had such great success with their other products, and it's far better than anyone we've ever owned before, we'll see how well it lasts
