The cabinet arrived with dented doors. Packaging was not damaged, so we didnt discover the dented doors until we tried to assemble the cabinet.

The main frame came bent and the doors don’t close properly and don’t stay closed unless you lock it.

TERRIBLE, DISAPPOINTED, PURCHASED 5/2026-RECEIVED,OPENED, PART A & PART B MISSING-CANNOT EVEN BEGINNING TO INSTALL,MOST IMPORTANT PARTS, CONTACTED SUPPORT, TOOK DAYS, AND DAYS TO EVEN RESPOND, THEN WANTED PICTURES, THEN STILL WAITED, FINALLY REC'D RETURN LABEL, SEND A REPLACEMENT,OPENED BOX PART A & PART B MISSING AGAIN, THIS IS CRAZY, STILLL DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERV. WANTED A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND, SAID WILL SEND PART A&B BUT NEED TO WAIT ON BACKORDER, WANT A FULL REFUND, BUT GETTING RUN A ROUND, NOT HAPPY, I BEEN WAITING WELL OVER A MONTH FOR A STORAGE LOCKER, THIS IS NOT WRITE, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED.

Ordered two of these cabinets, both arrived damaged. 1 cabinet had a panel that was so badly damaged it made the whole cabinet out of square, and the other cabinet came with door that didn't match the cabinet. Definitely not worth the headache or price.

Pas de réponse à mon mail sur les problèmes de qualité de cette armoire,j'ai introduit une réclamation j'ai bien reçu un ticket d'attente mais aucune de leur part. Des problèmes de coup sur le dos de l'armoire, peinture sur les portes les tôles de fixation des roues ne tiennent pas. La qualité de cette armoire laisse à désirer!! Dommage de ne pas avoir de contact téléphonique non plus!!

Very thin metal. Cheap fastners, pre drilled holes too large. Easily dents. Holds no where near the weight they advertise it does. Steer clear.

Cabinets were damaged during shipping, i read that its a good chance in other reviews so i purshased the extra warranty just in case. Thats where the fun begins!!!! NOT i put in a claim adding many photos of the damage...no response. I emailed x cotton the warranty people , no response. Iive chatted and they asked me to submitt a claim and send photos AGAIN, i did Email arrived stating claim will be closed if no response SOOOOO i resubmitted the claim and photos. This seems to be going round and round. READY FOR THIS ? I get an email apologizing for the slow response because i should know its the china new year!!!! cabinets are usable but look like crap because they are dented vevor does not stand behind their word or their extended warranty noooooooooo more from them!!!!

The cabinet arrived with multiple impact holes from shipping, causing damage to multiple panels. I have contacted customer support and they have not been as responsive as I would have preferred. The cabinet appears to be solid, once assembled, with a good finish.
