I like the design of this handtruck, but it is not a 1000lbs hand truck in any of the given positions. The nose plate is less than half the gauge of comparable handtrucks and flexes just by stepping on it. All other elements are of much thinner gauge as well. I am keeping it, partly because is fine for what I need it, and partly because it seems more of a hassle to return it but I wouldn't trust it to be safe with anything over 300-400 lbs at most.

The latch that hooks to keep the unit as a small cart doesn't stay locked, in the middle of me pushing or pulling the utility cart unlocks while using....

Not half as good as the previous 4 in 1 Hand Truck I purchased off Vevor , but for some strange reason, they stopped selling them, Out of Stock. Probably won't return? Disappointed to say the least with this Particular hand truck, as the other Truck is wider and better built and balanced, and no worries of Orange Paint chipping off and rusting in a damp climate. Quality must always come first and foremost.

In my opinion, the user manual should clearly explain how the locking mechanism is released. It was not obvious, and I had difficulty figuring it out. A product like this should not require excessive force to operate, and the unlocking mechanism should be more user-friendly and intuitive. Overall, I was not very satisfied with this purchase, as I expected a smoother and more practical user experience

Bien lire le commentaire pour comprendre les 3 étoiles malgré la qualité du produit ! Le diable est super, mais il est arrivé avec un defaut qui l'empêche de se deployer totalement. J'en ai informé le service après vente qui a remonté l'information au service technique qui devait me revenir en 48h pour la solution. Après quelques jours je relance le SAV qui me dit que les techniciens allaient me faire un retour. Après une semaine, je reçois une notification me disant que le problème a été resolu et me demandant de noter un service qui n'existe pas puisque je n'ai pas eu une reponse du service technique qui ne m'a pas recontacter pour resoudre le problème. J'ai du moi-même detecter le blocage technique et je l'ai résolu à coup de marteau, je n'avais pas le choix parce que je devais l'utiliser pour mon déménagement. Aujourd'hui le produit est fonctionnel et me sert beaucoup. Tout ça pour dire qu'il ne faut pas compter sur le SAV lorsqu'il y a un problème technique sur le produit.

vous en avez pour votre argent, a l'air plutôt robuste pour le prix, même si le manche st un peut branlant à revoir je pense, à voir dans le temps si durable pour une utilisation semestriel même si pour moins de 70 euros on va trop en demander non plus par contre le carton d'emballage est arrivé très abimé et quelque cale en carton n'aurait pas été de trop

Hand trucks weigh more than I expected for the aluminum frame. However, I think they will work well. I did encounter one flaw when assembling. The plate that held the ael rod was not drilled to accept the rod. The largest metal bit I had was 1/2", and this required 5/8" I had to stop, go to the hardware store to buy ONE 5/8" steel bit ($9) drive back, and complete what should have been a no-brainer 15-minute job. Managed to fail customer satisfaction by one missed operation. Close, but no cigar.

Recu dans la boite brisée... les grosses roues roulent faux et l'ensemble des pièces assemblées sont lousses.... à la longue j'ai bien peur que ca brise. J'avoue que je suis un peu déçus.
