Rack itself is great. Nice and sturdy. Easy to install. And good features. The only thing is the tie down straps. I don't know if we received some from a bad batch, or if they are just flimsy. My wife and I have used the rack about five times since we purchased it, and two of the straps already tore. This is the only set-back I see on this rack. Do you offer replacement straps? Or an upgraded mounting system for this rack?

The good news is this is a really solid bike rack made of strong, sturdy materials, and once assembled, it’s easy to attach to your tow hitch. The straps to hold the bike in place are a heavy rubber material, the first couple of uses they are harder to stretch, but I was ok with that because I had no worries about them giving way. So why not a 5 star rating? The assembly instructions. These are my least type of instructions, tiny pictures showing what goes where with minimal verbiage. On top of that, there are two sets of bolts that are different lengths. The first time you use the first two in Step 2, the instructions have you use the shorter bolts. This is not correct, use the long ones (see photos). Generally, this took about twice as long to assemble than it should have. They also include a strap but never mention when/how to use it. I assume this is wrapped around the bikes at the top for additional security. In summary, great rack for a good price, but if you aren’t handy or patient, the assembly could be a challenge.

The rack itself seems to be built decently but the hold down straps are terrible. They are very stiff and do not stretch very easily.

One of the worst products I've ever bought. although the quality in the material is great, the instruction manual is basically garbage. it took over 3 hours to build, and rebuild, and rebuild. why? Because they don't care about their instructions. it didn't fit my car hitch very well, it was loose, a lot of manual wrench tightening required which is not what you need when you're on the go on vacation and biking different trails. this is not a good product, I'm sorry to tell you this cuz I love vivo. but this has to be the worst product they sell. not worth even for $15

I tried contacting customer service before purchasing because I was about to go on vacation, and I needed to know if my electric bikes would fit. No one contacted me back. I took a chance to use it. My frames were too thick and I couldn't mount my 2 bikes. It wasn't too difficult to assemble. But now all bolted together it would be a little difficult to return. I have purchased many product and have been satisfied in the past, but I can not use this bike rack for my bikes and I wish someone had gotten back to me to discuss the practicality of using this with my bikes.

Bike rack worked fine the first couple times I used it. After about 6 months the plastic tabs that hold the rubber straps have all broken off. The plastic looks to have become brittle. So now the bike rack is useless. Cannot strap the bikes onto it anymore.

The 50mm tube does not go deep enough into the towbar receiver so it bends, the plates used to hold the upright are too thin and flimsy, i had only 3 children's bikes on it and it is overloaded, I would suggest buying a different one.
