Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR 38 L Kühlbox 12 / 24 V Tragbarer Kühlschrank, Elektrische Gefrierbox Klein Gefrierschrank -20 ~ 10 ℃, Elektrische Kompressor Kühlbox 820 x 470 x 440 mm für Auto, Camping, Lkw, Boot usw.

First 10 mins of plugging it in to test the cooler, I hear the sound of the motor shutting off and hearing several beeping sounds with an error code on the cooler displaying E5( not explained in the manual either). Completely useless as it struggle to even drop to 0 Celsius. Quite sure I received a lemon. Extremely dissatisfied. However, the shipping was fast at least.

It is an okay price but I cant get over the 10 KHz that I can hear when it is on. I simply cannot imagine being in a car with the noise this makes. In the attached picture you can see the peak at 10 KHz. If you are wondering how that sounds you can find a youtube video that plays 10 KHz.

This refrigerator only worked for 3 days. The touch screen constantly beeps and changes temps and modes. Would not recommended

07.08.2026 gekauft.

I ordered this car cooler for a weekend fishing trip. It arrived, but unfortunately, the unit didn't work, so I had to buy another one for the trip. I contacted customer service, and they told me they would reply within 48 hours. Their response was simply that I should take it to a local repair shop and contact them again if the repair turned out to be too expensive. I stated that I didn't want to take the new unit to a repair shop at my own expense. Their reply was, once again, that I should wait another 48 hours. Congratulations—impeccable service. This is the E mail: Dear Customer, I hope you are doing well. Based on the preliminary assessment, it appears that the refrigerator's cooling system may have malfunctioned. The possible causes are as follows: 1. Refrigerant Loss: If the refrigerator has not been used for an extended period, it may have lost refrigerant. In this case, we recommend taking the refrigerator to a local appliance repair shop that services refrigerators to have the refrigerant refilled. Please refer to the **nameplate located on the bottom of the refrigerator**, as it contains the refrigerant type and other important technical specifications required for the repair. 2. Blocked Capillary Tube: The capillary tube may be blocked by impurities, preventing the refrigeration system from operating properly. This issue also requires professional repair at a local refrigerator repair shop and cannot be resolved by replacing individual parts. If your refrigerator is **still within the warranty period**, and either the repair cost is too high or you prefer not to have it repaired at a local service center, please let us know. We will review your case and assist you with a suitable warranty solution, which may include a replacement unit if applicable
