Great for making all sorts of brackets and covers on projects. This has absolutely many uses. It works smooth and is built rugged .

This is the same macchine that is sold at several different machine and fabricating shop stores. First the shear. It cuts well up to 16g - 18g sheet steel and gets tougher for 20g. You need to put some heft into the cut but does a decent job. The brake is good as you can set up a box in various configurations and it bends to 90 degrees with ease. The roller is sufficient for small sheets of metal and does a satisfactory job of forming. Overall a handy tool if you want to save money by combining three tools in one. Recommeded for the money.

Bonjour, Dans la description il est indiqué que les rouleaux font 45 mm de diamètre alors qu'en réalité ils font 38 mm ce qui fait une sacrée différence au niveau de la rigidité et calme un peu mon enthousiasme. La finition de la matrice de pliage laisse un peu à désiré ce qui peut être néfaste au pliage de pièces fragiles (marquage). A part ces désagréments, dans mon cas importants, elle fait le travail.

Description in the manual are similar but not the same as the item. Directions for assembly and adjustments are not easy to follow. Pictures of parts do not match the parts. On the machine! Some of the paint on the machine is chipped and scraped off. Disappointing on a brand new tooll!

Unit arrived well packaged in a little wooden crate. It definitely needed to be taken apart and cleaned, as it came with a heavy layer of cosmoline over all the exposed steel parts. All fasteners need tightening before use. The blue paint was flaking off on some spots but its not a show stopper for me given the price. The rotating handles on the lever arm are made of a cheaper grade plastic that was fairly brittle, and one already chipped, but that's something that I can 3d print a replacement for in an hour. Even a wooden dowel with a hole drilled thru would do the trick. The brake works well, though I would advise some practice bends since it was over bending a bit past 90 on 20ga steel. The shear takes a bit of adjustment to set the blade clearance but once it was dialed in it was cutting 20ga steel and even 1/8 aluminum like a dream. The roller worked well on 20ga steel, even some 3inch wide 16ga, though I'm not sure I'd go the full 12in width on 16ga. It also worked well on 1.5in wide 1/8in aluminum. I know they advise no thicker than 20ga steel and I'm not going to tempt fate with thicker steel but for aluminum it seems to work very well. Have not tried the wire rolling grooves. All in all this machine is well worth the purchase price, provided you are willing to fix minor issues. If there's one thing I would want to add to it would be some smaller width fingers for the brake to have more flexibility in box sizing, but I can get those machined and hardened if need be.
