I never received the product, although the system shows it has been delivered. When I contacted customer service, they referred me to UniUni Logistics, but the logistics company was unable to provide any proof of delivery and sent me back to VEVOR customer service. Unfortunately, VEVOR did not resolve the issue or refund my money. It has now been over a month — my money is gone, and I still have not received the product. I was not offered a refund or any assistance, which is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend placing orders on this platform.

Bought this winch to load my smart car into my 5th wheel toy hauler. It seemed very loud when I first used it. It loaded the little car 2 times and the 3rd time it smoked with 2 feet to go. Now I can't load my car again until I can stop somewhere and get a replacement. Don't know if I just got a bad one or they just aren't made good?

Took way too long to arrive (like 2 weeks instead of 2 days). Customer service unhelpful - told me package is likely lost but I had to wait 16 days before they can authorise refund. (Btw refund procedure WAY more complex than Amazon). I had to purchase another unit as I could not wait. (Ordered different brand through Amazon and had no issue). Now i'm stuck with 2 units of a product that is not operating that well.. 1) very slow 2) very noisy 3) feels and sounds like it's not going to last long.... So: flaky product. Customer service very painful. (They do everything they can to sludge you down in a process hoping that you will give up...
