USA BUYER BEWARE!!! WIRING IS AN ISSUE AND NOT COMPLIANT WITH USA ELECTRIC CODES. The USA version of this lamp (3A) is only sold as 110Volts. At 3300 Watts this lamp requires a 30amp 110V circuit and wiring. It comes from VEVOR with a standard 15amp 110V cord and can be plugged into a standard 110V 15 amp outlet or extension cord. This is an EXTREME fire hazard. Even with 2 lamps on with 80% power you will quickly over heat a standard 15 amp circuit. I bought the unit as it said 110/220/250 and was expecting to be able to run this on a 220V 20 amp circuit. When it arrived I contacted support as there were no instructions on 220V use and no information on electrical requirements in the instructions. I was informed that it can only be operated in 110V. I asked how to return the unit and was informed someone would contact me in 1 to 2 business days. Extremely disappointing.

Not very happy, I ordered it on 10-2-25, can't remember exactly when I received, that part went fine. I've used it now for say2-1/2 months and it just let out a spark and a puff of smoke, and I have no more infrared curing lamp. Sure, would be nice to hear from them, surely this light has a 90day replacement!

WARNING; Stay away from this company. They offer no phone number, you cannot get in touch with them whatsoever. I purchased a curing lamp, received it very quickly but it came broken. I tried to contact them, you cannot get in touch with them other than an email. One week later, I'm still getting emails how they will be in touch in 1-2 days. When a company hides behind a screen, you know there's something wrong. I should've known that, but I didn't check before ordering from them. I'm trying to upload pictures and they're not uploading. This company stinks!!

i paid for warranty and they don't want to replace or give money back
