Prinzipiell gutes Teil für diesen Preis, allerdings fallen die ganzen Kleinteile ab (nervt etwas). Aber die Lacktrocknung funktioniert wirklich gut damit und darauf kommt es letztlich auch an ....

The day that it was delivered, only two of the lamps worked. But just those two put off good heat. It appears to me that the bulb in the top lamp is bad. It has been a pain in the butt trying to chat with someone online about the issue. I did get an email stating it could take up to two days for them to respond. This is the third lamp we have purchased. The other two are two head units and work great.

Have to put something in between the 2 plugs so the middle light will works. Decently built.

Just received the IR curing lamp. Price was reduced day after I bought it, Vevor not willing to do anything with price and no responses on requests. Received the IR lamp later that promised and when received it seems to be dropped before packing and missing fastening clamps for the IR-light bulb, just loose in it's cables. Also Info said dual head lamp but it's a single light bulb. How about some quality checks before packing the products. Live chat seems to be AI bots which doesn't answer on the questions and stops responding.

Niestety urządzenie odbiega jakościowo od innych tej firmy. Żarniki są zbyt krótkie, nie pasują do uchwytów. Wydajność grzewcza słaba w porównaniu do innych urządzeń o podobnej mocy.

The light bulb that came with it was too short, I had to modify the bulb holder in order to use it.

The product arrived missing a piece, and I've been in contact with them for over a month, but they haven't resolved the issue. They're not good at sales, and their return policy is terrible. I won't buy from them again.

USA BUYER BEWARE!!! WIRING IS AN ISSUE AND NOT COMPLIANT WITH USA ELECTRIC CODES. The USA version of this lamp (3A) is only sold as 110Volts. At 3300 Watts this lamp requires a 30amp 110V circuit and wiring. It comes from VEVOR with a standard 15amp 110V cord and can be plugged into a standard 110V 15 amp outlet or extension cord. This is an EXTREME fire hazard. Even with 2 lamps on with 80% power you will quickly over heat a standard 15 amp circuit. I bought the unit as it said 110/220/250 and was expecting to be able to run this on a 220V 20 amp circuit. When it arrived I contacted support as there were no instructions on 220V use and no information on electrical requirements in the instructions. I was informed that it can only be operated in 110V. I asked how to return the unit and was informed someone would contact me in 1 to 2 business days. Extremely disappointing.

Not very happy, I ordered it on 10-2-25, can't remember exactly when I received, that part went fine. I've used it now for say2-1/2 months and it just let out a spark and a puff of smoke, and I have no more infrared curing lamp. Sure, would be nice to hear from them, surely this light has a 90day replacement!
