I am trying to return an items and am having difficulty with Customer Service. They do not want me to return it. IT is an unopened box.

This thing is absolutely not legal for 120v. You will need a 30amp breaker as a 20amp absolutely will keep tripping. This however only has a 20amp plug. So unless you have a 30amp breaker wired with #10 wire and are willing to swap the plug, you're going to cut a few seconds at a time before running back to the breaker. This thing should not exist.

Plate around blade is damaged. It came in like this and looks like factory defect,not from shipping. It sitting brand new. Never used it due to vevor fault/defect product . Almost $200 waste

useless it keeps blowing the breakers.

Le site annonce un délai de 3 jours, alors que dans mon cas, 30 jours se sont écoulés et je n’ai toujours pas été livré à la date où j’écris ce commentaire. Pour éviter ce type de situation, il est clairement préférable de régler vos achats via PayPal, seule véritable protection en cas de litige. VEVOR étant une société chinoise, vous n’avez aucune emprise légale directe en Europe : seule la protection PayPal peut garantir un recours efficace.

I bought this concrete saw thinking that I would it be a able to use it in quick jobs, but unfortunately every time I try to use it trip the breakers, and I’m talking about 20 amp breakers

After the first use I went to cut a small trench in a concrete floor and the saw wouldn’t work. I tested the incoming power and found that the inline gfci went bad. I now have a non functioning saw and can’t find a cord to replace the one in the saw
