I gave installed installed these in several homes. They are easy to install, are of good quality and opperate as they should. My Customers love them!! Win/Win!!!

I'm giving a 4-star because if you didn't curse before you installed these, you will during and when you're done. That being said, they are heavy-duty, functional slide-outs with nice features like separator bars so items don't slide together and a mat on the bottom so smaller items don't tip over. I used these in a cavernous pantry cabinet and have both the double and the single slide outs. Makes it soooooo much easier to grab something in the back and they look good too. BTW, someone needs to inform the Chinese that we use cordless screwdrivers and you cannot put super tiny screws in a hole less than a quarter of an inch away from a bracket side with a screwdriver, especially when there's no headspace over it. Just a suggestion.

Directions are very vague and do not tell you which pieces you're assembling or how to put them together. Just kind of shows a view of what you're supposed to be putting together but not which pieces you're supposed to be using. There was a lot of trial and error and I did put a few pieces together upside down before I figured out what I was doing. However once it's together it works beautifully and is very very sturdy

The unit was assembled quickly. The instructions are poor. Generally, the unit is well-built however, it is a bit shaky

I am really happy with this insert. It's well-made and affordable compared to all the other units I compared. I am extra proud of myself, being retired, that I saved more money buying this Used-Like New. However, the directions to put this together are less than stellar. There are three types of screws, but they weren't all labeled on the drawings so I guessed which ones to use where. The instructions are broad with no details. I didn't even use one set of screws cuz I had no idea where they went. I also didn't know what a dead lever was, but looking at the excellent photograph on the Amazon website helped me figure that out! The illustrations in the directions are tiny and hard to distinguish. Overall, I'm very happy with the shelving. I rent and didn't want to spend much so I recommend this item. Well worth the money. I just hope they make the assembly instructions clearer in the future.

Worked out great. Just remember to add a little space for the rails fitting on the sides. Would buy these again.

This product is solid as far as is craftsmanship. My advice and maybe someone else mentioned this, & I somehow overlooked. When measuring the dimensions of the inside, give clearance for your cabinet door. This product is made well & Heavy-duty there isn't any wiggle room. 📣 ALSO, before you do all that hardwork on assembling. Do yourself a favor & just simply grab out 1 of the well made baskets 🧺 & check if it fits comfortably in the space, before you open all the packaging 🤦🏽‍♀️ You're welcome!!!

Updated review 01/02/2025 After about 2 weeks of back and forth with customer support; almost on daily basis, the company shipped the defective part. I will say that there is improved customer support; but not the best. Product itself is sturdy and nicely priced. Initial review Product is nicely priced, but support is poor. Received product with incorrect component. When contacted manufacturer; They accepted that, the part sent was not correct; Then I was told that, they can mail correct part, but will take some time as it is shipped from overseas. I provided them all details. Amazon order #, Address. Then they told me only way to address the problem is to return the product

I love this unit. Makes a big difference in my kitchen.

The assembly seems well made, the slides look like they will last, that's great! As others have commented, the instructions are a little confusing, \"dead lever\" in the parts list is not called out in instructions for example, you must look at pics. The extra screws are great, but I also double checked to see what I had missed Check dimensions! the 13W x 21D needs a 14\" opening. You'll see that if you look at the detailed pics, but, I certainly missed that.
