Received the motor and it doesn't work. There's No phone number to contact anyone to discuss the problem. Very poor customer service. Sent numerous emails in order to correct the problem or get a replacement with absolutely no response. Buy at your own risk.

Bought this motor and found that this motor did not fit my pump. Vevor would not accept a return. I've spent thousands of dollars with Vevor on tools, appliances, greenhouses, etc... I will no longer do business with this company.

Not a good pump at all. Installed for pool and within a week it started making noises. After a couple weeks installed it sounds absolutely terrible. Also it doesn’t handle the back pressure very well from running as a pool pump. After a couple days running it essentially loses all flow until you back flush again which is bad when high quality pool pumps are meant to be able to handle that back pressure. Would not recommend this pump at all.

You need to put an internal screw holding front bearing in my motor was not working once put it together than realized front bearing shifted in delivery u can't turn impeller

The Vevor pool pump last 7 months of 8hrs/day run. My previous century pump b2854 lasted 7 years.

Vevor ne semble pas vouloir respecter la loi pour vente par correspondance qui oblige in vendeur de reprendre la marchandise a l intégralité du prix vendu.

Short shipped the product (I received 14 of the 20 I ordered). Customer service is absolutely the worst and clearly doesn't understand English. I had to file a claim with AMX in order to get my money back, also followed up with a complaint to the FTC. Absolutely terrible experience. All good until it wasn't....

Reçu commande partiellement et j'attends depuis presque un mois la deuxième partie de cette commande... J'ai bien vu que ce produit est actuellement sur votre site... merci de faire , rapidement, le nevessaite...

Ne correspond pas, pourtant avec les mêmes caractéristiques et spécification électrique identique de mon ancien moteur défectueux de ma pompe de piscine 1.5 H.P Hayward. Impossible de l'intégrer dans le boitier de la pompe existant trop long et trop gros en diamètre et pourtant dans les avis un «client» indiquais la compatibilité avec sa pompe Hayward ce qui m'a convaincu de l'achat. Retour gratuit et remboursement complet sont assez compliqué. Le retour n'est toujours pas conclue en attente de la démarche à suivre de la part de VEVOR, présentement seulement une offre de remboursement partiel et de garder le moteur non-compatible. Décision en réflexion.
