I just had my 96 in ceiling fan professionally installed on my 17 1/2 ft ceiling and honestly I couldn't be more disappointed. One would reasonably think that the larger diameter fan would put out more air than a smaller fan, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. I also had another fan installed in my living room today by the same crew. It was a Home Decorators brand Kensgrove ll 84” from Home Depot. If they made a 96” I would have bought the Kensgrove, but they don’t, and I didn’t. The 96” on 6 only moves about as fast as the 84” on 3 or 4. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this fan.

The idiots that you use to deliver it left it out in my driveway in the fucking rain and now the box and product is soaking wet so you need to send me another one

Jumped out of groove in base and began to beep. Put back in and 2 days later stopped working. Still waiting for support to address this. Been 9 days....

Ordered 3, 2 work great but the other is missing Dan blade brackets so totally worthless, waiting to hear back from customer service

Fan was missing all bolts and washers. We have messaged customer service multiple times and get automated messages with no help

Bought two of these,got the first one up no issues then opened the second one and the down rod with the ball socket that it hangs from wasn’t in the box. Emailed them and haven’t heard anything back in days

Just received two of the 96 inch ceiling fans with no light. Opened them up and there was no downloads, no L bracket to mount the blades or the screw kit with all the screws. Tried to find a number to call them and had to use the chat and email which sucks, they need a support line to take actual calls. Sent them an email with the missing hardware and counts like they asked, no answer back just crickets. I may leave a better review if they pull through with the parts and the fan actually works, but until then I would not order these fans. Maybe nothing now that I’ve seen that they have no call center to talk to someone.

do not waist your money. the highest speed barely blows air. I would not recommend this to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE.... I PURCHASED 2 OF THESE FANS FOR MY BUSINESS. ONE FAN WORKED AND THE OTHER DID NOT AND NOW VEVOR WILL NOT BE ANYTHING TO REPLACE THE FAULTY FAN. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM VEVOR, THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME WITH THIS BAD FAN SO WHATEVER YOU PURCHASE FROM VEVOR JUST KNOW YOU'RE PROBABLY STUCK WITH IT NO MATTERS IF IT WORKS OR NOT. THERE IS NOT A PHOTO BECAUSE INSTEAD OF ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN BILL AT A LATER DATE. MY ELECTRICIAN PUT IT UP AND TOOK IT DOWN AT THE SAME TIME. THIS FAN DID NOT WORK AFTER CHECKING THE BREAKERS AND ALL THE CONNECTIONS SO ACCORDING TO THE ELECTRIC GUY THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE FAN.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This fan is made with good quality materials, but it does not produce anywhere near the cfm advertised. I installed it in my garage/shop and it doesn't move much air at all. It needs a much stronger motor.
