From the get go, this product gave me issues. The primary being, it would NOT power on?! Not from the main power switch, not from the remote?! Finally came time to USE it... Same issue... I finally realized, it was the connection of the remote switch. If I wiggled the connector, it would come on?!.... So I THOUGHT that was it. It powered everything flawlessly, BUT it started randomly turning off! No fault, just working on minute, not the next!? Same thing, I'd wiggle the telephone connector, and it would work, I'd be extra careful, not to touch it, then the POS would turn off! Over and over, I thought I got the connection right, but put of now where, it would shut off... No good in the back of a van when I need fans running! I found myself constantly battling the connection. The main power button WONT work, without the remote switch hooked up? Plus the main reason I bought it, was for the fancy display! Over and over, it would randomly shut off... I finally decided to take a screw driver to it! At first I couldn't figure out how to open it up. My unit came with like 5 fifteen amp fuses, FOR WHAT?! Inside is NO WHERE to place a fuse, there's NO fuses inside!!!? I'm so highly disappointed with my purchase $105 down the drain! It worked, and I loved the display, but now it's just garbage! I want a refund!

I haven't been able to use the inverter as it doesn't state on the advert or packaging if you can use with lithium battery, after purchase I asked vevor technical support and the answer was not to use with lithium batteries, so it is not suitable for my solar system!

Ben zeer ontevreden, heb het apparaat gekocht voor de camper om 12 Volt om te zetten naar 230 Volt, apparaat voldoet niet. heb diverse malencontact gehad met VEVOR, heb foto’s gestuurd wat ik dacht dat het probleem was, men zegt dat ze binnen 48 uur met een oplossing komen , maar er komt geen oplossing, heb aangegeven dat ik het apparaat terug wil zenden en geld terugstorten, maar geen respons Zit al een week op een oplossing te wachten Hans

I purchased a 1500W power inverter on June 14th, 2026. The product arrived defective and non-functional from the very first moment. As soon as I received it, I confirmed it was not working and opened a formal complaint on June 20th, providing photos and video evidence of the defect (Ticket #3500608). For several days I received no useful response. A second ticket was opened (#3518763). From that point on, the support agent responded repeatedly with the exact same generic message: that my case had been escalated, marked as urgent, and that the technical team would get back to me as soon as possible. That same copy-paste reply came back every single time I followed up. On June 29th, after sending a formal notice threatening legal action and a chargeback through Klarna, VEVOR's team acknowledged my case and confirmed they would send a replacement unit. I accepted and confirmed I wanted the replacement. Their response: "the team has been notified and will respond as soon as possible." On June 30th I asked where the replacement was. On July 1st, the answer was — again — "your case has been escalated and marked as urgent." Today is July 5th, 2026. It has been 21 days since I received a defective product. I have no replacement unit, no tracking number, and no refund. VEVOR's support system is designed to exhaust the customer with delays and copy-paste responses until they give up. When faced with a formal ultimatum, they made a promise they did not keep. This is not an isolated communication failure — it is a pattern. I have initiated a chargeback through Klarna for a product not as described, and filed a formal complaint with the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). I am a regular VEVOR customer and a business owner. I purchase tools and equipment frequently. This situation could have been resolved with a simple replacement on day one. Instead, VEVOR chose three weeks of delays, false promises, and automated responses. I do not recommend purchasing from VEVOR if you expect any form of after-sales support when something goes wrong.

Przetwornica przyszła już nie sprawna, od samego początku nie pokazuje poboru mocy , zgłaszałem do vevora ale oni nie widzą problemu i bardzo ciężki kontakt z nimi , chciałem zwrócić to z automatu mi odrzucają zgłoszenie.
