Business Bureau No replacement, no refund, no help. Don't trust their return policy as they don't seem to have any intention of keeping it. There is no phone number to call. These pumps are a complete waste of money. Complete Junk!instead of sending me a pickup ticket they wanted pictures of the pump!So you want a picture of your pump not working ?

Supposed to be set to pressure. Installed in my RV and it pulsates like crazy

Pump works great, the hose has popped outta both fittings, crimped with pliers but still leaking a bit

After nearly two weeks of use the pressure switch has failed. Tried to claim to get replacement part but couldn't upload the videos on their messaging service or through email. Apart from being a little noisy you do get a pretty decent flow and pressure from the unit that can handle a decent shower head( if you remove the flow restrictor in the shower head) I'm currently bypassing the pressure switch and getting a separate pressure switch to run the unit. Things that need improvement, 1 pressure switch, 2 quite the motor a little, 3 improve the video upload on your messaging system so you can accept at least a 30 sec video clip without the use of a third party platform

Worked for about 2 weeks then it wouldn't hold it's pressure. It keep cutting in and out every 5 mins then pump would run realy slow and get hot .

Fuite

Pump broke down after one day of use on my boat. Frustrating because the install was very in depth.

I been waiting on my package. I never received it, its passed the due date to be delivered. This the only package that is stopping my business from being completed. Every other company I did business with delivered before are on time. I will never order from you again. I will definitely let my business partners know as well. This is bad business

Ma pompe a eau est déjà morte c incroyable pour une pompe que tout le monde trouve incroyable c bien de la merde
