Nach nicht mal einem Jahr ist die Maschine defekt aber das ist nicht mal das Problem. Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe und kümmert sich um nichts. Man hat hat das Gefühl das immer eine KI antwortet. Telefonnummer funktioniert nicht und auf ein Rückruf wartet man vergeblich. Ticket 449494419951616

Gerät kam Defekt an, paket wurde falsch herum geliefert und war kaputt, schade eigentlich weil das gerät sonst recht gut aussah.

Making noise. Extraordinary noise

Every time we try to run the slushy function the material around the drum that scrapes the ice is too week to handle the material, it warps and starts making a loud thunk noise hitting the plastic container they the system jams up. And it’s not even set to a cold setting. I hope the manufacturer reads this review and plans on reaching out to make things right. The system would work a lot better with mettle material instead of plastic.

Purchased this unit for a good price and was excited to use it. The first time we set it up it did not work. The unit internals spun, but the unit did not chill or cool our mix...very disappointing. I guess you get what you paid for. Just submitted a return request and we will see if Vevor makes good on standing behind their product. If so, I will revise this post accordingly.

Product arrived faulty, did not cool the liquids in the bowl at all. Was refused a replacement by the company. They told me to find someone to fix it and offered $165 compensation. After numerous refusals of their “solution” they increased the offer of compensation, several times. I refused. After repeatedly being told to get it fixed (which is not easy as very few repairers work on slush machines) I suggested that I would seek support from the ACCC, Vevor eventually provided a refund. Will not be buying from them again.

Machine stopped working 5 months after purchase

Our machine set up was good for 2 days then grease from the machine started to pour into the slushy and it tasted like metal. Sent a request to support team and they didn't know what to do except offer us a partial refund! No help at all, no offer of a new machine replacement after we had asked for one. After go back and forth they finally said yes to the refund which we still haven't received yet! Highly disappointed! Buyers BEWARE!!

I am rating this very low, mine has been broken down for over a month and I still can't get customer support to send me the tank and mixer that goes inside. The machine froze up and cracked both. I have made several attempts pleading for someone to call me or a number i can call. I get the same run around. I finally received a motor that i did not need. This is the poorest company I have ever dealt with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

I purchased the slushy machine and it worked well for a month and a half . It stopped working, and I contacted customer support. They've had me install a new board, check fans, and now are now talking about refueling the refrigerant. Highly suggest you avoid this product unless youre competent in refrigeration. Support will slowly having you rebuild this whole machine.
