Fairly easy to assemble. I hooked it up and tightened the hitch. I will need to use a stabilizer attachment as it is quite loose. It will work for the purpose I need it for, ie, bringing lawnmower, snowblower in for repair and mostly loading my gas power washer to my fathers.

It came in with one of the corner broken and i have reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange and they keep telling me wait 38 hours for somwonw to get back to me. Very poor customer support sent it back and still no refund !!!!! horrible customer service and it took 2 weeks to get them to send me a return label .

This carrier arrived on time. Easy to put together. As mentioned by another purchaser, the launching tail is too short. I had to make an extension to make it work. Its fine for my mobility scooter. Attaches easily to my RV.

like everything nowadays cheaply made even the nuts and bolts are cheap. hope i get alittle use from it. then they give you the option to buy again?

After tightening all bolts properly and installing it into the receiver hitch the tubing is too small for the hitch mount and this thing bounces all over. Extremely disappointed with vevor on this product. Contacted support who refuse to acknowledge the flaw stating the lock nuts are there for security. This has nothing to do with lock nuts. It has to do with the square tubing not fitting properly into receiver hitch.
