I finally tried the mag drill with regular drill bits because I never received the pilot bits for the annular cutters. The machine is suppose to shut off when the magnet is off! It doesn't. Almost causing me to get hurt badly. It cut me causing bleeding to my arm. I am very disappointed and need to return the product ASAP. Someone could get extremely hurt. Also I never received the pilot pins after going back and forth with over 250 emails. This product is defective. I am so disappointed in wasting my time with Vevor. I will be doing a review on my YouTube channel. Cesare 

Drill turns on with the magnet turned off. Very very dangerous. It was also missing the pilot pins. I have been emailing customer support for over two weeks now 250 plus emails with No results.

Ordered drill October 8 2025 it got lost in Atlanta ga on oct 10th.. package says delivered on vevor but when you click on track shipment it’s still in Atlanta ga! Customer service just tells you to wait. It’s been over a month and drill was originally shipped out of Jefferson ga which is 2 hours from my house. I will not use vevor again

Brand new from the box is unusable, the core bit oscillant way to much for making an precise hole..I'm very disappointed..and customer service is inexistant, no way talk to someone and explain the situation...My advice..stay away from this machine and keep your money.

Anthony Sinacola I have been trying for six months to get a chuck for my mag drill that I have not been able to use, and can’t get a freaking human to talk to me. I am in the market for a plate compactor and a cut-off concrete saw. Why would I buy from you people?

On the second use, something popped in the drill and it stopped lots of smoke now it’s junk. I’d like some help please.

The magnet didn’t work out of the box Want multiple videos of it not working countless emails They offered me 40 bucks for a refund They keep saying I have a new one on the way but have still yet to get it The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with Will never buy anything from Vevor again!!!!!!
