Don’t count on vevor making things right if you have problems with their products. I have 10 pair of drawer guides that I can’t use because they did not come with the locking mechanism. I have emailed everything they asked for and all I get is an automated bot reply. They hope you’ll just give up.

Used to be a pretty fair product for the money but the quality has declined substantially. If your not worried about their products lasting long your at the right place.

On three of the 10 sets I received the arm for the soft close broke off.

Die Schubladenschienen sind gut, die Anleitung für die Montage unbrauchbar. Dache, so schlechte Anleitungen gäbe es nicht mehr.

J'ai acheté de nombreux produits VEVOR au fil du temps et ceux-ci sont généralement de très bonne qualité (à l'exception des instructions qui ne sont généralement pas très explicites). Par contre, pour ces rails, sur les 12 paires commandées, 8 rails du côté droit étaient défectueux...

Im not sure why, but these have caused alot of issues. Little plastic internal peice keeps breaking and allowing draw to be pulled out further then designed. Then you cant push it back in. You have to remove drawer and fiddle with rail. So frustrating. Should have just went with the brand name ones in the first place.

Drawer slides to not fit both 5/8" and 1/2" thick drawer boxes. These will not work for drawers with 5/8" material.

These drawer slides were approximately 22" long, not 21" as per the description. They were advertised as having a full 30 Day return policy with no shipping fee if not happy "with the quality". Sadly, this is how they got away with not sending me the information to return the drawer slides. The quality was not an issue, the item description was incorrect. I engaged PayPal which we paid for them through, they finally agreed to a full refund but we had to pay shipping. Shipping for the 38.4 pound package was approximately $65. My purchase totaled $76.43, so it made no sense to return them. The VEVOR customer service team was not helpful at all, finally offering us $25 to keep the product. Be very careful when buying from them.
