I really love how the railing looks. I did have to replace the hex screws that came with it, as two sheared off when i was ratcheting them in. Now the railing is really sturdy, looks amazing, and only took 1/2 hour to install!

sturdy enough, but does flex some. it's pretty easy to install, however the included drill bit has an odd shank I've never seen (not SDS, not quite round) though I was able to secure it in a standard 1/2 chuck. It didn't last 1 full hole in old concrete before it made undersized holes and the anchors wouldn't fit. in the US metric masonry drill bits aren't common, so I had to get new anchors to work with my 1/2 inch drill bit. I didn't expect it to come with drill bits and tools for this price so I didn't take much off the rating for it. I think I'd rather it just not come with them.

Beautiful design, very sturdy, relatively easy to install. The screws included to install on wood steps were inadequate. I had to purchase lag bolts to install. Otherwise very satisfied

We built a ramp your bar. Is a bit low .

Great handrail well built the only concern I had was mounting it.I had to mount to the surface of wood steps which left the handrail a little wobbly.I went to Home Depot and got some flat barstock and fabricated it to mount to the handrail as a brace and it worked out much better.I dont think there would have been a problem had I been mounting to a concrete surface,but anyway all good.

Comme écrit dans le titre, rien à dire sur l'article, exactement comme la description, mais le service de livraison UPS n'est vraiment pas fiable. J'ai reçu des notifications de la livraison le lendemain à tous les jours à partir du 21 janvier 2025 mais reçu mon colis seulement le 30 janvier 2025. Donc cela a pris 8 jours à UPS pour faire environ 22Km. J’hésiterais a faire d'autres commande dans le futur s'il n'y a pas d'autre choix de transporteur que UPS.

I purchased 2 rails for my front steps. They arrived on time, and were easy to install. I love the way they look. My only complaint was that there was a piece missing from one box. I have contacted customer support to request the part be mailed out to me. I will complete this review when the part is received……

I bought this single post handrail in anticipation of new sidewalk pavement and stairs so it took a 3 months before I finally looked into installation. While the materials seem sturdy, I was surprised to realize that my "40½" inch centre pole is no more than 35 inches making it a bit ridiculous to install beside the stairs as I had planned. After 3 months, I don't expect to be able to return it but am very disappointed about the misleading dimensions. I am now in search of a new plan to still make this unit work but I'm going to be much more careful about ensuring that I inspect what I receive for accuracy.
