ropickym Great value. Works perfect. Quiet motor
1 hp 56Y
Perfect fit. Works like a charm.
I would highly recommend this motor for your pool applications. I have now purchased 3 of these motors from Vevor (in various horsepower’s) to replace bad motors for my pools and friends pools. They are a direct replacement for pentair or Hayward motors (just purchase the correct frame). They work perfect and run as quiet as the motors I replace.
I purchase the 3 year warranty. It’s still way less $$ than a motor from the pool store.
Then I pull the old motor and replace the bearings (which is what goes out 90% of the time) and keep the old motor as a spare.
Great value for this motor. And so far I have seen no issues - and it is still running perfectly quiet. If I have a future problem I will repost this review and see how well the 3 year warranty works.
But given the price, I could buy four of these motors for the price or one Pentair motor.
Currently I am in a “highly recommend” for this product.

Andy Great Pool Motor
1 hp 56Y
From a former pool service technician here, got this motor to swap out after my motor locked up during a ice storm and it was easy to swap out like all other motors ive done before. $120 versus $400 for a century motor made this a easy decision for this family dad. Got a new pump seal kit off Amazon for 20 bucks and it work great! Easy to replace and works the same so i would buy another in future if needed.Highly recommend!
