Very sturdy and well made

This handrail was just what I needed for 2 stairs. Easy to install and looks good.

I liked my first set of handrails su much that I bought one for the back. I also told my son about them, he purchased a set and I helped him install them.

They arrived well packed. Assembly was easy and I had to modify slightly because of a difficult site. I will give them another spray of paint as a rust prevention method.

we liked the first one we bought so much we got another for the other side, great price and really solid, they come with a concreate 10mm drill bit with the square end, I rented a Hilti hammer drill that takes that size square bits, dont try using a ordinary hammer drill it will not fit in the chuck.

Ordered 09/03, came in about 1 week. Easy to assemble and install. Would have given 5 stars, but the bolts that hold the bars between banisters leave the bars where they can move up and down. Not loose enough to come out or loose, just not fixed in place after tightening with provided bolts due to manufacturing design.

Arrived well packaged. A bit hair-pulling to put together. Not exactly the outcome we wanted. But, for the price we can't complain.

I installed these about a month ago. For the price they're great. They look nice and are stable. However, they've already started to rust. Installation instructions are terrible. I was happy that a concrete bit was provided, but it wobbled in the chuck of all of the drills I tried it in, so I had to go buy another one. The problem was the shape of the bit that locks into the chuck.
