Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR 0,75 PS Poolpumpenmotor, 56J Rahmen, 115V(8 Ampere)/230V(4 Ampere) 3450 U/min, 60Hz, 1.5 Betriebsfaktor, 80μF/250V Kondensator, CCW Rotation Rundflansch Ersatzmotor

The product has a reasonable price, and it arrived promptly. It arrived, however, in a damaged package. It is unclear how the damage occurred. The product won't work in my case although I don't know why it didn't work. The intruction didn't explain at all how to do the installation, but mainly explain the wiring portion. I therefore packed it back and send message to the vendor asking for a return with a photo of damaged packaging. When I tried to upload the image, I realized that the website only accepts very limited image format (MP4) that I don't have. I therefore worked to get programs to transfer the image to whatever acceptable on the website. It took me an hour to accomplish this. The customer replied promptly, but said that I should take out the product and take photos. I did whatever customer service told me to do and explained that the motor I bought won't fit to my original machine. The time, the website asked different format of the images, although it has more options. I therefore had to take more photos to meet the requirement of the website. I also told the customer service, and I am not an expert to judge where went wrong with this motor. The consumer service then sends me more messages asking for more videos. I explained to them that I don't know how to do this in an efficient way. We are still back and forth. It just takes too much time of customers for a not-working product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! They will not make any warranty valid and only scam you ! They will send you “ This product is inherently a consumable item, so its service life is not long.” for product that dint even last 6 months !

Received the motor and it doesn't work. There's No phone number to contact anyone to discuss the problem. Very poor customer service. Sent numerous emails in order to correct the problem or get a replacement with absolutely no response. Buy at your own risk.

Bought this motor and found that this motor did not fit my pump. Vevor would not accept a return. I've spent thousands of dollars with Vevor on tools, appliances, greenhouses, etc... I will no longer do business with this company.

You need to put an internal screw holding front bearing in my motor was not working once put it together than realized front bearing shifted in delivery u can't turn impeller

I have bought 7 VEVOR motors, installed 5 of them and 2 of them have already failed in less than 2 months. Waiting on VEVOR to warranty these motors, getting the run around. Will update once they make a decision

The Vevor pool pump last 7 months of 8hrs/day run. My previous century pump b2854 lasted 7 years.

Short shipped the product (I received 14 of the 20 I ordered). Customer service is absolutely the worst and clearly doesn't understand English. I had to file a claim with AMX in order to get my money back, also followed up with a complaint to the FTC. Absolutely terrible experience. All good until it wasn't....

They weren't able to help me with my theft case
