0 STARS!! Very poor quality. You get what you pay for… but I was not expecting this many issues. Have used it twice, both times for very short periods. Both times the engine began over-revving, and continued revving after releasing the throttle. After brief periods of use, if turned off for more than a few seconds, THE ENGINE WILL NOT START AGAIN. Every aspect is flimsy. The attachments connect with barely any purchase and are only held in with a flimsy retaining pin, such that they wobble around. The unit is way too heavy for extended overhead use. The harness is okay for ground work, but no help for anything above head-height. It is extremely loud! And, for example the hedge trimmer attachment does not operate unless you give it full throttle, which, again, in my case resulted in engine racing. The throttle trigger is clunky, cheap, and rough. Basically have 0, half, and full. The entire handgrip and controls are so cheap, they feel like a cheap toy, flexing, poorly fitting, with sharp edges all over the place. The safety catch gets stuck and has to be messed with every other time. The stop switch has to be one of the most minor, yet annoying flaws: it is too close to where you have to grip (due to the crunchy safety) and it has no resistance, no “click”, so it’s constantly slipping and stopping the engine!! The instructions are horrible. They’re missing steps for the parts covered, and missing some pieces entirely. I can’t return it apparently, and I can’t sell it in good conscience… so what am I supposed to do?

This is the first item I have purchased from you company I would say is not worth buying. Because it's not made for constant use. My second time using it the shaft seized up. And now two of the attachments do not work. . But I will say every other product I've ever gotten from your company has been excellent except for this one. Also I would like to say on your blower pack the handle is made of a cheap plastic that is not sturdy. But it does run great

Poor customer service! They love to play "email tag" with you to go away out of frustration. Will NOT replace attachment that came damaged. I guess you get what you pay for from China. Failed!

Don't waste your money! The air breather busted off in the first use and I wasn't too thrilled about that. But on about the 10th pull the string would not return. I ordered the replacement and after 2 months of waiting I came back to the site and it doesn't show it ordered.

After I received unit I assembled. The instructions were somewhat vague. However, once I got it assembled and running I began to trim trees and cut brush. The unit performed in a satisfactory manner. However, I attempted to purchase a second chain blade for the chain saw attachement. The one that came with the unit was a 44 link blade. Unable to find a 44 link blade. Tried to find a compatible one on the internet and met with no success. Unable to locate with Vevor or find where they sold a replacement blade. Further, I wanted to purchase an additional extention rod and, again, unable to find the part with Vevor. Wrote the "contact us" with Vevor and did not get a response. After using the unit for about six hours, I found that the foam padding on handle had torn.Not that big a deal, HOWEVER, not being able to get replacment parts that are regular maintenance and replacement parts for the unit is a big deal. In addition, the engineering of the on/off switch is poor as the switch turns off during use on several occasions. So, yes it does the trimming job with brush cutting, limb cutting, and trimming is acceptable. Not being able to obtain perishable parts is unacceptable. Other items I have purchased performs in acceptable manner. Problem is I cannot seem to obtain follow-up needs.

Piece of shit. Leaks gas everywhere and wont even start. Still brand new never got to use it
