I got the 33CC in last week. It is a beast of a machine. I haven’t tried all the attachments yet, but everything seems to be well made. It started right up with no problems. it runs good and has plenty of power. The draw backs so far is that the unit is heavy, shoulder strap will help. Make sure to read instructions on attaching the brush blades so that they are put on correctly. Overall great unit for the price. This is a good value for residential use. Update: After 3 uses the trimmer is no longer firing. Not sure if it’s the coil or a bad switch? Not happy with only 3 uses and now it doesn’t start.

I purchased this product in July and used it for the first time during the first week. Unfortunately, on the very first day, something inside broke, which I believe was part of the locking mechanism. I opened it up and was able to work on the mechanism myself and get the product functioning again. Since then, it has worked well and I haven’t had any other issues. The only problem is that the locking button no longer works. Overall, I actually think the product is fairly easy to work on and I’ve been able to continue using it, but I was disappointed that this happened on the very first day of use. I wanted to reach out and see what you might be able to do to help with this issue.

- first of all, this is a very powerful machine and that's about it! - Used as a weed eater and a brush cutter, it's very uncomfortable machine to use. The balance of the machine when attached to the harness is way off, so you end holding up the (very heavy) machine up with your rear arm. Not great! - The harness sucks, is difficult/impossible to get to sit right and is very uncomfortable to wear with the machine. The attachment clip is poor and difficult to attach to the machine. - The on/off switch in front of your trigger hand is in a bad position and keeps switching the machine off, and since you have to unclip from the harness - which you can't do with gloves on, to start it again - super annoying!! I had to tape the switch in the run position. - The face shield can't be worn with ear muffs on, so useless!! - Not looking forward to use the hedge trimmer or pole saw attachments simply because of the weight of the machine. - Even though everything is good quality and the engine runs flawlessly, I personally would never buy this again if it breaks down.

I have used this item 3 times. The throttle cable came loose the first time, then after I tore it apart and put it back in place it worked fine for 1 hour the second time. Today it came loose again which mean I need to repair it yet again. Not really very happy. I will send them an email and see what happens. will repost the results of their customer service.

Hei, Olen erittäin pettynyt tilaamaani VEVOR 6-in-1 -monitoimityökaluun ja sen mukana toimitettuihin varusteisiin. Ensinnäkin toimituksessa kesti huomattavan kauan, ja kun paketti viimein saapui, oli sen ulkopakkaus jo osittain vaurioitunut. Paketista löytyi myös rikkinäisiä tuotteita: Suojalasit olivat rikki. Suojakypärän visiiriverkko oli vaurioitunut. Lisäksi mukana toimitettujen suojavarusteiden koko ja laatu ovat todella suuri pettymys. Hanskat vaikuttavat olevan mitoitettu lapsille, ja myös suojakypärä sekä kuulosuojaimet ovat niin pienet, etteivät ne mahdu kunnolla päähäni. Näitä varusteita ei siis käytännössä voi käyttää turvallisesti. Tuotteen mukana toimitettu säilytyskassi on myös täysin käsittämätön. Mukana tulleet työkalut ja varusteet eivät edes mahdu siihen. Mikä tällaisen kassin tarkoitus oikein on, jos siihen ei saa mahtumaan tuotepaketin sisältöä? En ole vielä ehtinyt koekäyttää itse moottorikäyttöisiä työkaluja, joten niiden toimivuudesta tai laadusta en osaa tässä vaiheessa sanoa mitään. Jos niiden laatu kuitenkin vastaa mukana toimitettujen varusteiden tasoa, tulen vaatimaan koko tuotepaketin palauttamista ja kauppahinnan hyvittämistä. Odotan teiltä nyt selvitystä siitä, miten aiotte korjata tilanteen ja hyvittää vaurioituneet, vääränkokoiset sekä käyttötarkoitukseensa soveltumattomat tuotteet. Am 5.september habe ich das Gerät gekauft, aber Gerät funktioniert nicht.. Egal was ich gemacht habe ohne Erfolg.. seit 4tage ich kann keiner erreichen das ich Geräte wieder Zürück schicken kann.. werde ich nie wieder bei VEVOR was kaufen, und werde ich auch meine rechtliche wegen aussuchen..!!!!❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

1 ) Tête de tronçonneuse hors service après 30 minutes d’utilisation ( afin de tester la machine et de me la mettre en mains ). Graissage réalisé, niveaux huile de chaîne et carburant faits, utilisation et tests sur deux chênes différents et engrenage de rotation de l’axe de la chaine usé prématurément. Démontage de la tête de rotation de la tronçonneuse Bilan : Dents cassées et aucun morceau de dents retrouvé et mélangé à la graisse dans la cage de l’engrenage conique. Donc mauvaise qualité des engrenages coniques. 2 ) Démarrage à chaud impossible Après 30 minutes : obligé de démonter la bougie, de la sécher, de la faire refroidir avec un compresseur à air afin que le moteur puisse redémarrer, super pour du neuf 👌🏼 Sinon c’est pratique afin d’élaguer à 4 - 5 m de haut ENFIN quand ça fonctionne parfaitement … Étant Spécialiste du forestie, et de la petite mécanique thermique d’engin agricole et paysage
