I'm writing to advise you about the sharpening disc's that came with the sharpener. On my first attempt at using the machine was on its 6th tooth when the disc shattered. My hubby Frank is the operator. He shared the set up was perfect but the disc's do not have a center piece and they should! Very unsafe. I went to town to purchase better quality disc's but unfortunately nobody in town sells them. Very disappointed. We are wondering if you would replace the crappy disc's with a good quality product. This works great at the price it is fantastic, however you have to pay attention because when you change from one side of the chain to the other you have to adjust the depth or it will take to much of the cutter sor not enough

First timer on an electric sharpener, this works excellent. A bit of patience for the first chain but easy to master. Need to find more grinding stones and a couple of different sizes ones to cover all chains but this works great as is for the novice chains man!

I had to look online for a similar product in hopes of finding a manual that's legible. The manual that was provided was low quality, especially the photos. I found an online manual for a similar product, the Oregon 410-120 Bench Chain Grinder, which is a similar design. Sharpened three chains so far.

Works as it should and makes life allot easier if you sharpen lots of chains. I should have bought one way sooner.

The grinder itself is great. The discs they sent were both warped and misshapen making them both unuseable. I contacted customer service. They refunded enough to go down and buy some decent ones from the local Husqvarna dealer. Been using the grinder over a year professionally. It's sharpened probably a thousand chains now without issue.

The nut was completely stripped ( had no threads) and the knob was bent. We where pretty excited to try it out but we had to find a new nut but we have to use a wrench to change the angle.

I have used this sharpener a lot since I got it. It’s amazing how quickly it sharpens previously dull chainsaw blades back to cut like new. The only downside is that it doesn't have incremental stops for changing the angle, which makes initial adjustment to cut proper a bit time consuming and error prone. Still for the price a small issue really. I’m really glad I bought this!

Great sharpener better than expected wish the chain clamp was different but expected it to be built cheaper than it was way better than the harbor freight one
