Bonjour , suite a mon achat il y a plus d'un moi je vous rend compte de la fonc tionnalite de la machine , en tant qu'ancien professionnel .Pour les matieres acceptables fonte; bronze; ertalon ; bois; acier prendre des petites passes broutage et outil qui a tendence a brouter au tronçonnage meme en resserant les lardons l'outil plonge ce qui bloque le mandrin , le chariot superieur ne s'oriente pas donc pas possible de faire un cone ,au niveau vernier cote a diviser par deux pour diametre mais assez precis ,pour la poupee mobile ça va pas de problemes le systeme de blocage est suffisant , pour l'avance automatique j'ai trouve le bon rapport pignons par rapport a la vitesse pour l'outillage j' ai affuté les bons angles de coupe a rafraichir de temps en temps le mieux c'est a plaquette rapportée pour la chauffe en coupe bien sur, pas trop deçu dans l'ensemble c'est une petite machine pour les diametres 45 et plus varier avesc la vitesse pour eviter le broutage en coupe prendre des petites passes pour ne pas gener la force de coupe en usinage . il tornio fa rumore e si muove a scatti rendendo impossibile la tornitura del pezzo. ho contattato piu volte l assistenza ma non ho avuto la soluzione al problema. VOGLIO RESTITUIRE il tornio e cambiarlo con uno funzionante

Ancora nn e arrivato quindi nn posso dire nulla... Finalmente è arrivato... 😁😁😁 Posso dire che era imbalato perfettamente... Resta solo di montarlo e farlo funzionare peccato che la contro punta nn si può montare il mandrino per fare fori con le punte eicoidali.. Oggi lo usato per la prima volta con l esattezza sto realizzando delle boccole.. E mi sono ritrovato utilizandolo per ridurre la sezione del ferro tondo ho riscontrato una dimenticanza se ne uscirà sull asse del motore la puleggia di plastica dove manca la vite di blocco per nn far uscrla fuori sede.... Snontato il carterino dietro scollegati i fili per il sensore del coperchio del mandrino ho sistemato il tutto trovando una vite montando la puleggia o richiuso tutto mi sono messo di nuovo all opera ... Adesso mi ritrovo creare il foro interno alla boccola Con utensile e noto che la punta Dell utensile è più bassa del centro creato con la contro punta.... Perché manca lo spessore per la trooretta porta utensili per far trovare l utensile in altezza con l sasse del centro con il pezzo da tornire?

I don't know if I received a particularly poorly assembled unit, or if they are all like this. The carriage had 1.5-2mm of play on the ways. One of the adjusting screws was about 5mm shorter than the other and had to be replaced. When moving the carriage by hand, clicking sounds and a jerky feeling were noticeable through the handwheel. The rack and pinion were not running in the same plane. The front of the carriage needed shimming to the saddle. The backlash on both the cross slide and compound slide handwheels was 360 degrees. After adjustment it was reduced to around 90 degrees, but now both wheels are slightly stiff. (Either they will wear in, or I'll have to disassemble them.) Both dials are secured to their shafts with a grub screw. Tightened – you can't adjust the dial. Loosened slightly – it wobbles and moves on its own. Both dials needed shimming to the shaft as well. After about 3 minutes of use, clicking sounds appeared again. The motor pulley started sliding off the shaft – despite the grub screw being tight. I removed the pulley to investigate. The outer flange is removable and was held to the aluminium casting by 2 sheet metal screws, engaging only 1.5 and 2mm respectively. I thought it was a joke. Cutting a thread into the motor shaft would have been risky due to thin wall thickness at the keyway. So I tapped threads into the flange itself for the retaining screws, and used high-strength thread locker for the rest. Problem solved. 😊 The included turning tools are almost without exception unusable straight out of the box. One of them even has the cutting angle reversed. The machine is advertised and sold as metric. The spindle is indeed metric and metric thread pitches can be set – however, both dials and the tailstock are in inch graduations. So get ready to do some math. 😊 I could go on listing minor annoyances (the lamp has no EU plug, the degree scale for the compound swivel is a joke, chrome-painted plastic parts, no zero marking on the saddle, etc.) As received, this machine was not fit for use in its stock condition. However, if you have enough knowledge and time, you can turn it into a decent little lathe. If they sold it at half the price as a DIY kit, it would have deserved 5 stars. As it is – 2 stars. For one and a half times this price, you can buy a 'ready to use' machine here. (Optimum TU1503V) Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything

Gerät nach kurzer Zeit kaputt. Bei der Lieferung fehlen schon viele Sachen jetzt nach dem Defekt mich an VEVOR gewendet doch keinerlei Resonanz, keine Antworten nur automatische Mails nicht zu empfehlen.

IL peggiore acquisto mai fatto nella vita .. dopo il primo utilizzo rumore forte ai cuscinetti che sveglia il vicinato.. inutilizzabile! e cosa fa l'assistenza? se ne fotte altamente.. siamo ai limiti della truffa!!!!! correte via da questo acquisto e non capitate come me!

Bonjour, tour à métaux reçu aujourd'hui et testé. Assez robuste à première vue, essais concluant. La seule remarque que j'ai, c'est que j'avait posé la question suivante, à savoir s'il était équipé d'un mandrin sur la poupée mobile ! Réponse: Oui, vous demandiez si la machine en était équipée, j'ai vérifié pour vous informer qu'elle l'avait ! Alors que non ??

Draaibank aangekomen donderdag 28 mei en eerste indruk was goed. Tot het moment dat ik hem aan probeerde te zetten. Zolang ik de aan schakelaar ingedrukt hield werkt hij, maar zodra ik hem los liet stopte hij er weer mee. Kan gebeuren dacht ik dus op 29 mei incident aangemeld, Binnen 48 uur krijgt u reactie! zeggen ze. Dus niet gisteren een 2de bericht gestuurd en vandaag weer niets. Dus zover ik kan beoordelen is de vevor service niet bestaand.
