There was more in the package than I needed for my steering repairs and there were issues with some threads and I had to have some nuts machined for the left side . Not sure why left and right were different . It is working well and it is well made but that said , I'm happy with it .

I am very disappointed in vevor customer service. I am trying to turn the product and get a refund. They are refusing to respond to my request. Be mindful if you order something that customer service will not work with you.

Can I get anybody on the phone they do not do that anymore they say when you have a question you must use their AI system which does not understand what you're telling it sending this junk back by the way all these good reviews must be from people that just purchased it and not when after they've used it this is junk don't waste your money or buy from a company who won't contact you

Do you enjoy poor customer service? Do you enjoy buying things that are supposed to fit but don’t? Do you enjoy generic emails from customer service and not being able to speak to someone on the phone? If you answered yes to these questions then this is the product for you. Not only will this product come with the incorrect parts but you’ll have to modify installation parts just to get it to work. Don’t bother reaching out to customer service, they have no knowledge on the products they sell. Their solution to this is to send you a new product or refund you money so you can purchase a new product to get the part that you need only to return it with missing parts. My advice to you, save up the extra money and buy the Seastar product where you will have all the correct parts from the beginning.

Waited for the Cylinder 6 weeks but it never arrived. I ended up not being able to use the product due to extenuating circumstances (NOT Vevors fault). Never even opened the box. Called to request a refund, they said we don't want the product back and will not give you a refund. They offered me $60 towards future purchases. I'm not saying their product had any thing at all wrong with it, only that their customer service is not helpful at all. In fact the person was somewhat rude about it!
