Vevor CS answer was to add a janky piece of wire externally from the powerhead and wrap it around the ground prong of the plug before plugging into the wall. What in the actual redneck BS is that? 100% will be reporting this as a fraudulent charge on my CC. If I wanted to jimmy-rig some redneck crap I would have built this from an old weed whacker. Get real.

Hard to keep it flat on ceiling or walls. So it creates unequal sanding with dip marks. Mine came with led lights that are not working.

The disk is leaving mark on the wall. Maybe a soft pad will help.

I purchased this product to remove popcorn ceiling and found it difficult to hold up and maneuver!!! Vacuum system didn't preform well either!!! This product should work better form actual dry wall sanding and not popcorn removal!!!

I purchased sander and when it arrived , I determined that I have bought sander that I cannot use for my project . I tried to return and had to jump through hoops to try to return . But they said I could not and if i did I would have to pay postage and a restocking fee and that it will be at my own risk . They would have to check to see if I used. Finally they sent an email that they would credit me $80.00 and keep item . Please beware when you are buying from this company shady customer service I will never buy anything from this company again and will let friends and family know too.
