This TV lift works smoothly and very quietly. It's solid and appears to be good quality. I would ding it slightly for a few obvious features that it's lacking. First, the remote should have buttons for 'go up to preset height' and 'go down to hidden position'. It has neither - only buttons that make it go continuously up or down as long as the button is held. Since the manual panel has presets *and* preset heights are what you really want to use, this is a surprising omission. It really makes the remote pointless - we just use the manual panel. Second, the units is *very* sensitive to floor imperfections under the base. Having screwable leveling feet would be a big help. It's really just a one-time installation headache, but it could be easily fixed.

Keurig op tijd geleverd. Lift voldoet aan de verwachtingen en is vrij makkelijk te installeren, natuurlijk enigszins afhankelijk van de omstandigheden. Handleiding had iets duidelijker gekund. Heb nu wat boutjes en moertjes over waarvan ik geen idee heb waarvoor ze zijn, en dat geeft aanvankelijk toch een licht onbehaaglijk gevoel. Desalniettemin, prima waar voor je geld!

It all works as advertised except for the remote. It works but will not follow the setting of the one inside the case.

Lift works perfectly and is silent. The only problems were the product advertising - a bit hard to figure out. I had to buy a 2nd one because the ad is confusing. Also the instructions for assembly were terrible.

Super cena, tovar dorazil bez problémov. Hlučnosť motora prijateľná. Diaľkove ovládanie síce ako z minulého storočia ale inak fajn. Pri potrebe fakturácii na firmu v tomto e-shope odporúčam zaregistrovať sa ako firma a nie FO!

This is a very good TV lift. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The instructions for operating are not good. There seems to be a language barrier between the designer/engineer and these English instructions. This device comes with both a wired control interface and wireless remote. Using the provided instructions I’ve programmed the device to preset height levels with the wired interface but don’t trust that using the wireless remote will stop at the preset levels. I’m not willing to risk the TV smashing into my ceiling so I just use the wired interface and am pleased with the operation of the device. Investing a little time to refresh the instructions for programming/use would benefit future purchasers/users.

Grundsätzlich so wie ich es erwartet habe, Qualität und Funktion O.K. , Verbesserungswürdig ist die Fernbedienung vor allem in Material und Farbe!

This TV stand is what I was looking for. I only have two issues and they’re very small. When trying to purchase a unit that would work for my situation, it was difficult to find the height of the mount at its lowest setting and even when I contacted Customer Support, they couldn’t provide me with that information. The other issue is with the manual or lack of manual for operating the lift and whether or not it has programmable height positions. other than that it works flawlessly is super quiet and looks great. The price is compared to some of the other units I were looking at are about a quarter of the cost.

Works great with my 55" Samsung. The included wired memory module is a feature with 4 settings. The remote control functions are limited though.
