Difficile d'obtenir une température constante. Le thermostat réglé à 18° et quelques heures plus tard on se retrouve à 14°. Je regrette cet achat.

Stopped working after 5 months, completely dead.

I have used this item once for 3 weeks. I am losing my eggs because this items stopped working suddenly and I can’r get anyone to respond to my message for a new incubator.

Worked for 1.5 years, then overheated and killed the eggsbroke

I got the unit and had to replace the cooling chip through vevor help because it wouldn't cool. That worked for over a year and now the unit just keeps and blinks constantly.

Won't even turn on. Customer service is useless. No one to help troubleshoot. And I'm pretty sure I was sent something that someone else already sent back. Brand new out of the box and it's missing a rubber pad on the foot. Tape was attached to the wall on the inside but wasn't holding any of the shelves in. I rehab wildlife. Someone brings me a 2 day old bunny to survive not to die because your product was a dud right out of the box. I should have plugged it in sooner to test it, but I used to have faith in this company.

Stay away from this product. It's not worth the risk of losing your reptiles. The electronic temperature control has failed, and the temperature control reset itself. It went into refrigeration mode and dropped from 84°F (~29°C) down to 41°F (~5°C)! I check the incubator multiple times a day, and this happened out of nowhere. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I also have only been using the incubator for just over a month.

This was my 3rd and final attempt with these units. First didn’t work out of the box. Second unit worked for 5 months. The 3rd only made it 5 weeks. I lost $1200 worth the queen bee cells due to it failing.

Do not buy this product. It will stop working after 3 weeks, and you’ll have to fight with Vevor to get a refund—on top of losing everything inside.

Unit started blowing heating elements after just 2 months. Vevor sent new element that unit fried within a few days. Vevor sent replacement unit which failed within two weeks, same problem burning up heating elements. Vevor refused to refund full amount only %16 of purchase price, which I never received 2 months later. Here I am still within the 1 year warranty period with no incubator no refund and multiple dead clutches of eggs. Just buy a styrofoam cooler computer fan and heat mat/cables with a thermostat, will last longer, cost less and less frustrating. Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely unhappy and will be filing with BBB.
