Was cheap i guess but be careful if you are not paying attention you can unwind nut to far and the nut will come of and the whole thing will collapse on you and bike will land on you and vevor will not help you at all can cause very serious injury so be careful when use this lift jack

This is the second of the hydraulic motorcycle lifts I purchased. First one was more money but good quality. Now they are cheaper but the quality is junk. Showed up broken in the box. I made a warranty claim over a month ago and they sent the wrong parts. Horrible customer service. Generic responses.

El elevador llegó con rupturas de piezas plásticas que he tenido que pegar yo y lo peor es que la bomba hidraulica venía rota y perdió en aceite. Un desastre me han vendido ustedes un material averiado. La bomba no funciona.

I've bought a lot from vevor.
Rarely disappointed.
Good build price etc but!
Not exactly as described in video and manual.
Locking device is shown as 3 dowels welded onto base frame either side for locking device.
Mine came with 3 little indents approx 2 mill deep either side for mechanism to register against.
Scary ,I'll have to modify to increase safety.
Not impressed.

Product came damaged.
Took what I thought was a long time to replace it as I had bought extra shipping insurance.
Product is ok. The replacement process less so !

La goupille qui tient la vis à lâché ainsi que le roulement. La moto, une klr 650 ne fait que 160 kg. Je l'ai arrangé avec une goupille, la moto était démonté et j'avais besoin du cric. Du coup je n'ai pas fait marché la garantie. Je ne conseille pas cet achat.

This lift was exactley what I was looking for. I used it only twice and lifted approx 30 - 35 kg both times. But there was a leak of oil from the bottom of the cylinder and I couldn't use the lift. Contacted support. After some investigating I was first offered to get a new sealing ring but I don't know how to do the replacement since I do not have the skill to repair hydraulics and asked support to send me a complete lifting cylinder, that's is quite easy to do. Instead i was offered 739 SEK which I decline. I wrote that I want a complete cylinder but they will not send any due to logistic (which I don't believe in). Next step was to offer me 1439 SEK and I declined since I will have a new complete cylinder and they still won't send me a new one. Finally I was offered 2429 SEK (all money back) and they will still refuse to send me a new cylinder. I gave up and took the offer.
Now a have an useless lift and I will take it to the scrap yard.
